Amazing service! As a breeder it is very important that I find a knowledgeable store not only for my babies but also got clients who want to know the best place to go! Always helpful, love coupons and sales unlike other feed stores. Their willingness to answer questions is great! And they provide a friendly organized atmosphere. My entire family from kids to dogs love visiting.

Very friendly staff and so many options for treats, food, toys, shampoos, vitamins...etc. Staff was super friendly and helpful. They have a system to get you a free back of you buy a certain number. I signed up! My dog loved the store and sniffed every bag of food and every toy. Great options. There's a few treats and dog food option I buy and can't usually find all the options, but at Concord food, they have many options.

This store is absolutely horrible. I bought flee and tick (K9 Advantix 2 Medium dog 4 pack) and was charged $84.99 an hour later I went to return the medicine after seeing I was charged DOUBLE. On amazon a 4 pack is $48.98. They stated that they do not take any returns on flee and tick medicine. There was no sign stating this was a policy. Then when I asked for a price match they stated they DO NOT price match. When I stated there was no sign indicating that there was no returns on flee and tick I was told "it's on the bottom of the receipt." How is this helpful? You do not get a receipt until after purchase. This chain of stores is price gouging almost double. Do not shop from here or any of their other stores.

I have been going to this pet store for years and the employees have always been very helpful. I honestly think this pet store is one of the best in the area. I have been buying crickets from this store for me pet leopard gecko, and they almost always have them in stock, when they don't, they tell me when they will have them and where I can get them if it is urgent.

Burned there too many time with mis-marked dog food and untrained or improperly trained staff.
I asked the kid how I'm supposed to read the pricing for the dog food. He explained it to me. When I lugged a bag to the counter it came up fifteen dollars more than the section it was in. Both kids working said the whole place was like that and that whatever creates their pricing tag has been broken for a while. One said, "Id love to be able to reprice and organize this whole place."
Jump back to the early summer with me--the last time I was in the store. The employee ringing me asked if I was in the frequent buyers club for a particular brand of dog food. I was. I track it. He/she told me I was on my 8th. I was on my 10th. I buy the same food, the same size bag.
When I pressed him/her, I was told it was impossible. The machine says 8. I said I bought two last time. I was buying two today. They give you a free bag at 10. But it doesn't take a genius to understand that I was getting credit for one sale by buying two at a time. I asked if that was a possibility. Didn't win the argument. They didn't have another bag of the same food in stock anyway so I paid and left, but I returned later. I asked the next employee for a manager. None there. So I asked this kid to bring up my frequent buyers info. Nine bags. Showed him/her the receipt. Didn't get anywhere. "Sir, he/she it would have entered in...besides the free bag comes at 12." I asked if that dog food company changed policies. He/she read from something taped to the counter. "No, it's 12." So, yes I went back another day, receipt in hand and asked for the manager. None there. I asked one of the original kids (who remembered me and were very nice) how many bags it takes to get a free one. That kid read from a different piece of paper and then went into the computer system and said, "ten."
