Comerica Bank

I am a fairly new customer to this banking institution...recommended by a relative who passed away. The tellers and management of this bank are outstanding!...always friendly and wanting to help. I was especially touched by the personal interest shown to me and my family by one member of the managing staff. We are going through some rough times and I've never in my 65 years of life had anyone at a bank show this kind of caring interest. It's a first for me and I salute her and this bank for employing someone with such character and compassion. She surely is an asset for the bank and her positive, cheerful attitude are contagious and will no doubt influence whomever she meets to change banks!

And they have piggy banks for the little ones! They recognize that our little ones are tomorrow's investors!

And don't forget donuts on Saturday! Awesome!

Had an interview with one of the HR team members and she was completely belittling, rude, disrespectful and said certain comments that are NOT professional.
I don't wish anyone to apply for a job at this bank.
This was beyond unexpected and I will never apply for any position at this place.

Why do I come here? They have donuts! It appears that it's only on a Saturday, but it's DONUTS.

I will bank anywhere they have donuts to eat. Okay, I take that back, I'll visit any bank that has donuts to eat. I give them checks and cash and I get a donut in exchange. Doesn't sound right, but I'll take it.

The tellers are nice and, as always, the person sitting at the desk facing the front door will always ask you how you're doing.

They've never lost my money, they've never cussed at me. 3 Stars + one more for donuts.
