He made sure my front door was rekeyed and was able to do my front gate as well. Great service overall- highly recommend!

He gave me a realistic time estimate and a very reasonable price. John was just as friendly in person as he was on the phone. Once he arrived he was able to get me back into my house in 5 minutes. After he'd done some work at a rental place of ours, I managed to lock myself out of my own home. To be fair (to me!!) the lock had been wonky for a long time. He showed up on time, and fixed it pronto and what I really really liked about him was the advice he gave me on keeping my home secure.
I will definitely have him back after the holidays to take advantage of his super knowledgeable advice.

We had a key stuck in our lock. Called John and he was there in about 30 minutes. He not only got the key out, he made keys for our other doors and secured the outside door so that nobody could try to use the door handle to break in. He did everything for a really fair price. We will keep his number for our daughter to have her locks re keyed when she moves into her new house.

Additionally, I live out of state and he promptly mailed me the new key to my property. Collins Locksmith Inc. is very professional, responsive and trustworthy. This is my "go to" locksmith for all my future needs.

We've had to have locks changed a few times in different places over the years....John was by far the most responsive, polite, helpful and knowledgeable of the locksmiths we've used! He gave us pointers about security around our new home, and re-keyed our exterior locks for a very reasonable price (in fact, he offered a coupon I hadn't noticed when I found him on Angie's List - where he also has great reviews). He was right on time and generally just a great guy to work with. Definitely would recommend.
