Amazing food! Classic Way Al Pastor Tacos were perfect! Cheesesteak Hoagie was really good!

The fish tacos was one piece pf fish cut into three stale tacos shells with no season for 13.95. They will never get my money again

Since Classic has changed management everything has gone down hill. Jovan, the rude customer service/front desk person needs some lessons in quality control and phone skills. She was very rude about a mistake "another" employee made and did nothing to reconcile. Even when she insisted she was the manager on duty at the time. When we finally got the food it was terrible. Wings were undercooked and sauce less, pizza was soggy and where is the actual onion in the onion ring. Thankfully I ordered on DoorDash and they refunded me but unfortunately this place has lost a family of customers.

Poor customer service! I ordered a cheesesteak at the counter. They wanted me to pay fifty cents for using my card. I asked the girl at the counter where it was. Went out in the rain to get the money. Came back to pick up the order. They said they had to put it and I had to wait because a lot of people say they are coming back.

When I asked what was the difference in calling in a phone order - the guy behind the counter said they couldn't make my order because I didn't give them a phone number. If I called in the way to the atm I could've had my food?

Ever since they changed ownership it went south. Used to be good growing up 15 years ago but now it sucks. The one time I ordered a Stromboli barely any steak or sauce. Another time they made me sick served me sour corned beef. It's sad now I have to find another pizza spot. Food standard is not as good as it used to be.

I ordered a pizza last month, It arrived with a hard crust & burnt cheese. Against my better judgement, I order 3 cheeseburgers today for a little more than $18. The buns were all stale, not toasted, but STALE. I will NEVER order food from this establishment again.

The cooks are not washing their hands before preparing the food. They are also not wearing gloves. I went in there and noticed a cook walk in from outside with his car keys in his hands. I assumed he was a delivery driver but he started preparing a pizza without washing his hands first. The lady preparing my food didn't not wash her hands and when I requested that she do so and put gloves on she did not. I requested that they give me my money back. Additionally, I noticed not a single person was wearing a mask.. which isn't the end of the world per say but I though I'd mention it. I would suggest going across the street to Wadsworth Pizza

Before they got new owners the food was really good . Now it's nasty and the cheesesteak meat is poor quality . Their pizzas are burnt on the bottom and when you call in your food still isn't ready when you get there . The ghetto ass chickenheads at the desk have attitudes on top of the food being nasty . Don't eat here .

They have changed owners and the customer service is horrible. I've been coming to this place for years and never had a problem with customer service until now. The counter girls are sarcastic over the phone and look miserable in person. Customer Service is major in this business and to feel like this when ordering food makes me very uneasy. This place is surely not what it used to be. Also, check your orders, they have a tendency to make a lot of errors and charge for things extra and it's not even on there.

I ordered a pizza and cheese steak. Overall the food was good but could've been better. I really enjoy how they make their pizza where the crust is not too thin or thick; the sauce is light and flavorful; and the cheese is not gooey or thick. However it most likely been in the oven a few minutes too long since the crust was slightly overcooked and burned. The cheese steak was good as well except that more meat could've been added to the roll and onions cooked in the meat. The roll was very soft which is important. I think the temperature of all the food could've also been hotter. The service was friendly which is super important to me! I enjoyed my dinner and plan to return.
