Cicis

This Cici's is awful. Rude employees and bad food. Not sure how it can be so different from all the other Cici's but it is. I don't understand why they give you the opportunity to order a "special order" pizza if it is so hard on them. Every time I order one they act like I am doing them a disservice! I don't even know how they are still open at this point. Last time we went my kids even said they wouldn't want to go back. Kids turning down buffet pizza?? You know it's gotta be bad!

Generally we enjoy taking our large family to Cici's but NOT this one. We are a vegan / vegetarian family and usually we can order a couple of cheeseless pizzas to meet our dietary needs but this Cici's is incredibly put out by that. Unfortunately it is not just some lazy employees that have a problem with that but the actual management. The manager is the one who told my family that we could only order one (personal sized pizza) for our entire family of 7. Unfortunately for them they have lost 7 paying customers who now drive all the way to the Cleburne or Weatherford locations if they want to eat at Cici's.

On top of all of that the food is just not as good at this location. I imagine it may have something to do with the managements bad attitudes.

On the positive side this location has updated decor and nice bathrooms. We do not usually play the games but some nice older kids did win something while we were there and gave it to my children. So it's not completely impossible to win or at least didn't used to be.

Ultimately this location has the potential to be great but laziness and bad attitudes need to be addressed and management needs to be the first to step up to the plate.

This place is very small for a Cicis, only a few games. The few games don't work or they are rigged. If you make a request for the buffet, they put it out there. One time me and to other people eating with us ordered an Alfredo pizza and payed for it. Instead of bringing it to us, they put it on the buffet. About 25 minutes had gone by and we asked where it was. They said they put it on the buffet. I went off on them. I didn't pay for someone else to eat MY pizza. Of course over half of it was gone mad when we walked but there this guy took the rest of it. Won't be back

I love this place their cheesy bread is awesome!! Their staff is nice! Great cheese pizza! Sometimes it's cold though!! Clean place!!

Ridiculous.been here for almost 40 minutes.there is less than 10 people here.the buffet has been like this the ENTIRE time.AND they forgot to make my wings.so I had to watch everyone eat and still no wings.i will be getting my wings somewhere else.and the manager that IS here doesn't even speak English

Avoid this place. The owner is caught in the cut and save cycle. In order to save money he has tries to use less cheese, keep pizza that is old on the buffet and every other cost cutting measure. The effect is that his product is now horrible and he has no customers, which forces him to cut even more. The place is clean and very tidy but he now has an unedible product. During today's visit I had cheesey garlic bread with no cheese, pizza that was old and hard, and pasta that was dried around the edges. I asked the manager why there wasnt any cheese on the garlic bread and she proceeded to poi t out the two little patches of cheese on the fresh pan of "cheesey" garlic bread. (only fresh because I ordered it). So spend your money elsewhere.

To be honest I dont expect greatness from cici's but this is probably the worst location I've been to...ever. The food quality and selection is by far worst. Customer services is about what you'd expect from high school kids. Although I didn't experience direct rudeness, absolutely no effort was made to be welcoming or friendly either. Any further visit would be a waste of money/time.

Good food at a great price. However do not waste time on the games for kids, they cannot win.

It just gets worse every time we go. Food was cold, looked like it's been out for a while. The ranch tasted sour and their arcade sucks. and I'm not a big fan of the whole bus your own plates set up. Just felt gross. We walk in and the lady tells us first thing "we close in 15 mins but take your time". What? Should of just left then and went to mc Donald's. Would of been way better.

I called an order in and arrived on time. Despite 1 employee working busily on a large to-go order and 2 employees standing there watching her working, no one would help me at the counter. 2 employees walked past me to refill the plates and never acknowledged I had been standing there for over 5 minutes. Terrible customer service!!
