Okay - I finally managed to time it where I could pick up dinner, use a coupon, and get good service! I did have to wait 8 minutes for fresh biscuits, but that was worth it! Chicken was crispy, sides were good. Biscuits were great.

However, my husband and I have tried twice to get dinner here and both times have walked away because of the service. This last time maybe it was because the World Series game was on and they were busier than normal. It was 6:48 and as we were getting out of the car, an employee came out of the door to carry an order to a waiting car. She told us there was a wait of at least 30 minutes, and that they closed at 7:00 and we would have to go through the drive through to place an order. But it was the way she said it. Then I checked the website which stated that they closed at 8, so maybe they close the lobby at 7:00. Anyway, it was strike two. I was really craving chicken, but we ended up at a burger joint. Not sure that they will get a third try...

Their doors are locked at 7 pm and won't let people in with wrong orders through the drive through??? The employees won't even look at the man knocking on the door bc his food is wrong.

This business is a complete dump. Still can't walk in to place an order. Door is still locked. Drive through employees don't care. Just look at you. Won't help ordering or understanding the menu. What happened to people running a good customer service business?

Last night was not in the mood to cook. Went throught the drive thru and placed my order. I paid and was told that it would be a couple of minutes on fresh biscuits . I was asked to pull to the front of the store. I did as asked, in a couple of minutes my order came out. I was very pleased, since everything was brought out fresh, not just my biscuits.

This place should be out of business, they don't answer the phone nor do they answer at the drive thru...why are they even open, a damn shame that my son had to sit at the drive thru window without any service.

My son bought us dinner from this drive thru recently. Not to be ungrateful, but, if we'd seen the yelp reviews beforehand we wouldn't have bothered. Though it wasn't great (average fried chicken/longish wait) it wasn't terrible, it was just too many "well...buts". Well, they were open, but they were slow. Well, they had food but it wasn't great. Well, they have us most of our order, but not all. The biscuits were quite odd (tiny and unrisen, dipped in honey?) and there was a small mix up on the order, and service was slow enough to warrant not doing jack shit about it. (Speaking of jackshit, it's about on par with Jack in the B___). Not rushing out to go there again that's for sure. Two stars. One for not poisoning me, one for being open during pandemic.

There is absolutely no reason for this place to still be in existence with a 1.5 star rating. I've watched this group of people over the last 8 months, their customer service and hygiene is pitiful. Their ratings with the Department of Health Services is pure aweful! I have observed and determined, this place is nothing more than a hang out spot for a group of people that need to produce an income for bills and partying. They are hiring but if you don't fit their click / group requirements (lazy, parties, poor hygiene) you will not be hired! The last of their priorities or concerns are "you" as a customer! This is the poorest and most unprofessionally ran business in Casa Grande. I have taken it upon my self to let Corporate know of the mockery they're of the franchise name and Az Labor Board and Civil Rights know of their hiring practices! I'm afraid they've provided poor services and discriminatory actions to the right one this time!!!!

Simply stated. I went through drive thru. My specific order. 10piece legs and thighs with a side of mash potatoes and Mac and cheese and 4 biscuits. That's not an order that's too damn hard to fill. I get home 22 miles away I get 3 biscuits no mash a d when I called nobody picked up the phone. Had to wait 20plus minutes because dining room is closed. I come from the Bay Area and the church's there is freaking awesome. For the last 15 years they never messed my order. I was ok with paying extra for whatever I ordered. Order number 56 today about. Just pissed off that they have not picked up the phone. Anyone from there can and is encouraged to contact me

I'm very disappointed. This Place needs new management. The manager didn't even try to fix the issue. It was pretty much you as the customer is wrong and I'm right, you can leave now!
A whole chicken has 8 pieces. 2 legs, 2 wings, 2 breasts and 2 thighs. Pretty simple math. So a half chicken would be 1 of each. Churches chicken has a special right now. 2 half chickens plus 6 crispy tenders, biscuits and 2 sides for 20$ not a bad deal. My husband goes and picks it up. He gets home and the box has everything but it's short 4 pieces of chicken. They gave me 2 thighs and 2 legs. This is really at best a half of a chicken. He went back. 1st question for the lady in the drive through. How many pieces in a whole chicken. She said 8. I showed her the flyer. I purchased the 2 half chicken meal. How many pieces in 2 halves. She said 4 !! He broke the math down. She didnt get it. He was so frustrated broke it down in spanish. Then he saw she understood. She got the manager. He said it doesnt promise a whole chicken it only states 2 halves . I said a half plus a half equals a whole. He said he has 2 halves . My husband said no, I have 2 quarter chickens that equals one half. I could see the employees in the back. They looked like they recieve this complaint often. The last 2 times we ordered the order was wrong. Last month ordered mixed got just dark pieces and today missing the biscuits for the meal.
I tried to call both times no one answered. Last month I also sent an email to the website and no response.
