Chipotle Mexican Grill

Best chipotle out there , very fresh and fair portion size. Much prefer this location over any other

Yelp should REALLY have 0 stars for a place like this Chipotle. They are usually out of one thing or the other and so I specifically asked if they were out of something? The server said no they had everything stocked!!
So I start my order and by the time I get to the payment counter they tell me they don't have chocolate milk. Upon which I gently reminded them that if they had said that earlier I would not have ordered. Instead of being apologetic the young heavy set girl with glasses (who I was told was the manager???) tells me mistakes happen, so just deal with it!! Seriously??
And then to top it off they forgot to give me the chips that I had paid for ( which I realized when I got home)!!
Worst customer service ever!

what the heck happened to chipotle period????
super dirty counter and back working area. i should have taken a picture. i know it's a bit late before closing - still should maintain the high quality it always had before. i know it's hard to find workers these days and most of them don't care. just sad. they were out of cheese, guac (worker said low but really it's out. you don't even have enough for a to go), and sour cream. would he have just told us that when he acknowledged us in line instead of making us wait to find out? i don't think i'd step foot back here again anyway. i was desperate and craving for chipotle but it jus disappointed me time after time. it's so sad!

Poor portion sizes even when I ask for double portion. Quality of the food seems mediocre as well. Used to love coming here.

The last two times I've ordered online for pickup, my meals were completely wrong.
When you try to correct it, there's no customer service.

The last time I ordered, in-person, the lettuce was so wilted and disappointing.

I'm looking at my gross salad and stale chips right now, regretting my choice to shop here.

My favorite chipotle! Food always tastes great. The workers are very nice here. Thank you :)

this tiny thing for $15 lol. no point in doing a mobile order if you're not going to give me my $$ worth. do better

I have been going to Chipotle for years and just got the skimpiest least food bowl ever , like half of any other order ever at any Chipotle. I politely questioned the lead and they said that is how it is now , at this location at least. I will not be returning

The food is meh. It's really just a quick place to get some calories and maybe a bit "healthier" than the fast food parent company (McDonalds) and the like, I find the food to be over seasoned and never "great". After all these years they still can't properly roll a burrito. And their assembly line model doesn't work well if you have multiple items and I find myself working to navigate multiple items with multiple servers.

So all of these things are fairly minor, but today was the kicker. I ordered a al pastor burrito, but half way through the burrito I had to spit out the food.... three bites later the same thing. It was obvious that that they did not mix the seasoning evenly and I got a mouthful of really salty seasoning. The last time I had to spit out my lunch was...you guessed it...McDonald's several years ago. Needless to say I won't be coming back. I'd rather skip a meal than eat at either establishment; it really is not worth my time and energy. Rio Adobe is across the street as a superior alternative.

Portion seemed very small here, and the prices went up a little bit. Usually order mix of two meats .
