This is a spot with lots of parking. Inside seating.
The food service is a mess. Def needs a food inspection. NO wiping of spills at any stage.
I asked for more rice , half a spoon and a look. Don't need that.

The service here was horrible! I repeat horrible and i'm not talking about the whole staff, however this one woman stood out to me! She is the rudest woman, I may say, I've ever came encounter with in MY LIFE! She had a VERY BAD attitude and was just so MISERABLE. As I was taking my order I asked her for a burrito and she was taping bowls(rudely) in my face! She tried to force me to order a bowl instead of a burrito, because she was TOO LAZY to make one! I mean how hard can it be! I was ordering for my family so I had to ask for a few burritos and she only made 2 and when I asked her for 2 more, she rolled her eyes and looked at the guy next to her(hinting to me to ask him to make them) mind you, he was already helping the customer behind me. She was no help and is clear unhappy with her life, she feels the need to take it out on other individual! She needs to be fired! I had an unpleasant experience and I wouldn't wish it upon anyone else !

You know what to expect here. It's a typical chipotle with poor customer service and repeated app order errors. If you're going to get food here, order in store, otherwise, there is no guarantee that the app order is right. I've had two orders messed up and the unsafe couldn't care less. The unprofessional manager's response was "mistakes happen." Yes they do at this location.

-AlexFeb 17, 2020Previous reviewAs you can see from all of the recent negative reviews, this isn't a good chipotle. The staff was not pleasant or helpful. Even though it wasn't busy, they had little patience for having the kids order their own food items and kind of rushed through. Wouldn't make any concessions for the kids unlike other locations. (Like an extra side of lettuce for the kids.) Won't come back. Will stick to the chick-fil-a across the street.

Popped in for a quick dinner option, this place was pretty busy and it was a mess, I wouldn't want to eat in. Once it was my turn to order, I asked for a bowl. I understand the layering process they use but this guy just slopped stuff in the little paper bowl with no regard for the mess he was making. He under served me on the chicken but poured the queso on, too much. This bowl was the least appetizing of my countless visits to other chipotle locations. To add insult to injury, they gave me someone else's additional sides (and charged me). Not sure how you mess this process up but this locations managed to make that happen. I think this is the first and last for me at this location.

I came in during lunch, and usually the employees are very polite and efficient in constructing my meal. However, today there was a new man, not in uniform - instead a red cap and blue shirt, (at least his beard was well trimmed) who must have just started at this location today.

Don't waste your time or money! Trash all over the floor. Stood there for 30 minutes past the estimated wait time for a pre order. Then when I didn't receive the chips for the meal, I was told to "deal with it" when I asked for a refund.

Disgustingly dirty, lettuce and veggies looked brown and old, nothing looked fresh.all the meat was brown, dry, and old looking. staff appeared miserable and careless, chips were stale. I'll be lucky if I'm not sick after eating here.

Salad Bowl is very divine very fast and easy is a little loud but there is outdoor seating if you should order order trough the app it's faster overall a nice place to eat.

So Chipotle in Chicopee ma gives first responders a discount. One would think this is a good thing. However they only give it to Police. I stood behind a young fireman who asked for discount. He was told no only to cops. I ask so is a cop going to put out a fire if you have one. Is a cop going to run into flames to save you if restaurant is in flames. You lost my business. Thank you for supporting a small percentage of first responders.
