Love their crab Rangoon, wonton soup, and chicken with broccoli. Fresh and flavorful.

The food was amazing. By far the best Chinese food around the area. Very quick with the food. Had the Generals Tsos chicken which was sweet but had a nice kick at the end. The beef and broccoli was super tender and flavorful. Crab Rangoon were yummy and crispy.

We went on vacation with my husband and two kids and I'm super picky with Chinese food and I eat only from one certain place back home and I wanted to try from China Max so we ordered shrimp fried rice and chicken wings and fried shrimp as well let me tell you it was delicious and I fell in love. Everything is made to perfection the way I like it. It was so good we ordered twice more before we left and on top of that my husband was so happy that they had homemade iced tea he bought 12 to take back home. I can't wait to go back so we can get some of their food again!!!

Ordered here twice- once when we first moved in January and once today. First time was decent but not great so we decided to give it a second whirl- we ordered the garlic chicken and rice. Today, we ordered 4 lunch platters of chicken and broccoli with extra sauce. Everything was completely tasteless. Complete lack of seasoning.

Had a taste for chicken wings and shrimp fried rice. I was a bit skeptical because I'm use to getting that combo from the "hood." Usually Chinese restaurants in the suburbs disappoint me. Not this one! It was fresh and the chicken had that taste of being cooked in "seasoned oil" ( if you're a true fried Chinese food fan you know what I mean!). The rice was actually brown unlike some suburban restaurants and the shrimp was a good size! All I can say is I found my new spot for wings and shrimp fried rice!

My rating used to be higher for this place when the old owners still ran it. However, ever since they got new owners the food hurts my stomach. I don't know what they're doing differently to the food or dare I say it, using MSG? And the pain in my stomach is like a very tight, bloated feeling. I've tried on several occasions to try something else on the menu, but it's still the same thing. So, unfortunately I'll have to take my money elsewhere.

It's been a while since ordered Chinese. Since before this pandemic. I was really craving it. China Max did not disappoint! I order Mei Fun for the first time and it was fantastic! I always get Gen Soa and I ask for it extra spicy. It was perfect. So happy I chose this place to get my Chinese food fix.
