Great Chinese place! They make it incredibly easy to order online from their website. My food was even ready by the time I got there. I got an order of wonton soup, pot stickers and chicken fried rice. Way too much food, but that's not a bad problem to have.

1 star feels wayyy too generous. service was alright, but that is NOT where the issue lies. ordered beef lo mein once and got the worst food poisoning i have ever had in my entire life. was shitting myself constantly, my ass was so raw after 3 days of experiencing HELL. not to mention the constant puking that comes with it: every time you puke, watery shit comes exploding out of you at 28 mph. DO NOT TRUST A "FART" after you eat here, i promise you're setting yourself up for disaster. oh, the inside is really tiny too. anyways, -0000000/10.

Pretty standard Chinese to-go. Efficient on-line ordering and pickup . Food nothing special but had been consistently passable, had ordered here a half dozen times and been satisfied.

My wife recently ordered the chicken lo mein. She could scarcely find ANY chicken. I searched, and did find some finely chopped pieces of chicken in the bottom of the container.

My wife returned the mostly uneaten container the next day. She was told "people like you don't understand...". Sorry, my wife has been eating Lo Mein from Texas to Maine, I think she understands when the dish is skimpy.

Will be searching for a new Chinese takeout even if it means driving over the hill into Huntsville.

China Cook offers your typical New York style Chinese takeout style food. The food is nothing special, I guess mediocre sums it up best.

For me, a good starting point at these New York Style takeout places is their lo mein. This was just mediocre.

Food should not only sustain you, but should be a celebration. As far as a party happening in your soul as you eat here, it just ain't happening.

A disappointing foodie experience for us. Chinese food is one that we've eating in NY, SF and even China so we tend to have a basic threshold in which to judge.
Nice people but somehow they can't seem to get this right. I'd love them to kick things in gear and provide an amazing Chinese food experience.. so I'll just keep hoping for better things for them.

Really good food. Awesome staff/owner that cares about the people can community. Today I watched as an employee not only helped an older man up out of his chair but opened all the doors and walked the man to his car while carrying his to go food for him. 10/10 for class. Thank you.

My wife and I had a craving for Chinese food and we didn't want to go far. We found China Cook in Owens Cross Roads and decided to give it a try. I was pleasantly surprised. It's a small place, but nicely decorated and clean. The service was excellent and the food was fantastic. For about $10, I was given a nice helping of fried shrimp, chicken fried rice and a vegetable egg roll. Everything was served quickly; it was all hot and delicious. We were informed they have a lunch buffet daily until 2pm. Needless to say, I will be back. Thank you for an excellent experience!

The confusion in the reviews is easily explained. American love their salt. This food is not salty at all. Much better to me than most American Chinese Restaurants.

This is our go-to Chinese restaurant for Hampton Cove area and for the price of the food you get amazing portions and decent flavor.

So, if you're in the area and would like to try some affordable well portioned (fairly run of the mill menu options) Chinese food that's generally flavorful, then this is your spot! Also, they don't take long to fill your order so come hungry! I can't wait for the dinning room to open :)
