Chimney Space

Very much enjoyed working with Jon at Chimney Space. In addition to assessing my fireplace, which has been a big concern because I lose a lot of heat through my chimney, he offered so many ideas and solutions to improve efficiencies in my house with regard to my chimney, offering recommendations on fireplace inserts, etc. I'll be calling them again for the chimney inspection I have to do now for the insert. Jon was very knowledgeable and sensitive to my budget needs. I highly recommend his services.

Jon's work exceeded my expectations for repairing the chimney. He initially gave two options for repair, detailing specifics for each option. All work was done so that the new roof looked great following the chimney repair and now the chimney looks new as well. Repointing included grinding out the old mortar to one inch depth, new cap and crown.

Highly recommend. I had a very positive experience with Chimney Space. Jon was professional, efficient, and honest. Setting up an appointment was a very easy process. Jon gave honest, sound advice and clearly has a wealth of knowledge. He didn't try to push any repairs or pressure us into spending a bunch of money unnecessarily. I also found his prices to be very reasonable.

Overall: Jon is a good dude he will be the first person I call if I have any issues in the future.

Jon was fantastic and a wealth of knowledge. We recently purchased a home and the fireplace had not been used for 15 years, we couldn't even get the flu open. Jon came over and perform a cleaning and inspection. Throughout the process he was very informative and shared the photos and videos he took. He was able to discus repair options with us and that made us feel comfortable working with him. Jon came back the following week to perform the repairs with no issues. He works efficiently and clean. At no time was a mess left outside or inside my home. Would certainly use again and highly recommend.
