Chili's

Service was horrible ordered mini molten lava cake she charged 7.50$ each for pick up order. I usually order on app for 3.50$ each and the waitress is arguing and says customer is wrong. Horrible service and zero value for customer money.

so I came in and walked to the bar asked if I could place an order She said "To go is over there" I said well I can order and eat here and what I don't finish I can put it in a box... she quickly popped off and kept tending to the other people ( washed glasses , separated checks , tapped the screen and even joked with other guests) I asked the hostess to please get me a server and or a manager (GM Lewis) came out said I could sit at a table smh I didn't want to sit at a table the game was on GO BILLS! then a server came and took my order who was very polite I Tip vey well and here lil Ms I'm 30 (is what she told the people beside me).... never even bothered to look my way!!! HORRIBLE customer service! i'll come bk but if she's here i'll politely wait! the food was good nun the less an she still ain't correct herselfand Lewis was nice as well

Went to check in, host tells us it'll be 20mins. We go wait in the car and it's coming up on 20 mins at this point and I get a text saying my name was removed from the list without even receiving a "table is ready" text. The host acts like he doesn't remember whether we came in-person or online when it was literally just 20 mins ago then says "I thought you left" and it would be another 10mins. You can bet I left and took my money elsewhere. I was not about to wait another 10 mins for some subpar food. Wasted my time!!

The food was great, but it was a long wait and slow service. We came in on a Sunday afternoon and they said the wait was about 30 minutes. However, we weren't seated until almost one hour later. We were seated at a table in the bar area since that was the only section that was open because they were short staffed. Then it took longer for the server to even come over so we tried to at least order our drinks at the bar.

I had half rack of ribs with Texas toast, street corn, and fries. She had the cajun chicken and shrimp. Both dishes were 'our regular' orders and they didn't disappoint. We were too full to order a dessert. Next time we might order online with a to-go order instead.

Just horrible over all long wait, only like 2 servers they don't even help each other out chili's need to wake up or I'll close it's doors

Go elsewhere. They don't want to be bothered. Just a horrible experience. Surprised they remain open.

Honestly, I try to be optimistic in my Yelp reviews. But I see why this Chili's has a 2-star rating. I haven't been to a Chili's in years, mainly because of service and I was reminded of that when I visited this location.

I stopped in for a quick beer and fries, while I waited for my Uber after being in the area. Thought it would be a quick order and checkout process seated at the bar...it was literally a beer and side of fries. The bartender was so preoccupied with his friends at the other end of the bar, it took a while JUST to get a menu and even noticed that I was sitting at the bar! SMH Upon finally getting a menu, he walked away (although I said I would like fries and a beer...and I quickly looked at the IPAs to make a choice). I knew it would be bad at that point. He FINALLY came back over to take my order about 5-10 minutes later. SMH If I weren't starving , I would have just left.

Poured my beer and my order came out another 10-12 mins later (it's.....fries) and they were warm. Not hot...warm! SMH I was DONE at that point and after literally waving the bartender down to get my check/card run, I left.

I'm sorry, but the service was terrible, as was the cold side of fries. The best part about my experience was the beer and leaving. It should not have taken 45-60 mins total for a beer and side of fries...cold fries at that. SMH I will go back to avoiding this Chili's for sure and unfortunately, it's tarnished my opinion about trying any others in the future.

Food was okay even though I said plain and still had onions on my burger. My problem is the drinks I ordered a margarita and it had waaaay to much sour mix in it, so much it burns the back of my throat. Then I sent it back and she basically made the same drink for me no tequila, told her less sour mix and got basically the same amount as last time. lol and I work across the street from this place and my drinks are always made right regardless of the fact that I work there. Just a piss poor performance by the bartender in her efforts to satisfy me and my wife very disappointing experience and we have been here before

Literally waited an hour for food and only had a few customers. People who came after us was served before us then I had to go and grab our own utensils! WILL NOT BE BACK!!!

I ordered the simplest thing from the menu- fries! How can you mess that up? Well, Chili's showed me. Texas cheese fries with extra bacon and extra cheese is what I ordered. What I got? Dried out fries with a smidge of burnt cheese, a couple of jalapeños and a pile of some old a** bacon bits ...yuck!
