An old guy came to open the lock. Was very genuine on phone call regarding the appointment time. and he tried to pick the smart lock but ended up drilling it could not be picked. good job for less money.

Requested a locksmith after locking myself out of the house. He was there in ten minutes and opened two doors for $150.

And then he WD 40'd my mailbox when I complained that the key stuck, and now it opens like a dream.

Very happy with the service and tipped $25.

Charged 200 to remove metal door lock that was jammed. Used hammer and screwdriver to remove existing lock. Not only did he bent the lock hole, he left sharp metal pieces all over the place. Tried to get cash from me saying he accepts cash only, only to call the office to charge my card when I told him I didn't have the cash. Very shady.

Brought a motorcycle blank key to Chida Locksmith to make a copy. Should be a simple job, right? So just brought the original key without my bike. When it's done, I tried to do a quick inspection, the owner was annoyed and said it's perfect and wanting me out of his shop quick. Tested the key when I am home, it didn't work. Brought my bike back to his shop. He was kind of annoyed seeing me going back, complaining my "F**king" Chinese aftermarket key causing the problem. He tried to fix it by filing the key here and there for 10 minutes and finally made it work to turn on and off. However, the copied key was not able to turn to the lock position. I found the bottom part of the copied key was completely different from the original!

Joe showed up on time and provided the service at half the cost of other guys. I wish I had called Chida Locks before calling other guys - would have saved so much time and energy. Other guys took 2 hrs to show up and gave estimate that was total rip off. Called Joe, he showed up in 20 mins and got job done in 5 mins with reasonable cost.

These guys have a great customer service with great low prices. They treated me like family I strongly recommend this place if anyone is in need of making a key car key, house keys Commerical and residential services.

After three months, seven calls and $136 I gave up on this guy. It would have been better for him to tell me that he can't fix it. He never said no which made it difficult.
I usually dont write reviews with one star but this one really deserved it.
