Cherish Pet Cremation

We used Cherish Pet Cremation Services a year ago and I wanted to share our experience. This place was awesome. My Mother was in early stages of dementia when she found her only companion, her dog for 13-years, dead in the backyard. That event put my Mother in a tail-spin and pushed her solidly into the next stage of dementia. It was a very intense situation and we had to remove the dog immediately because of her hysterics. It was already around 6:00 pm, so I immediately started calling crematoriums and was lucky to make contact with the first crematorium I called, which was Cherish Pet Cremation Services. I explained our situation to Jonathan; he was very understanding. Johnathan was on his way home for the day when I called, but he stayed and waited for us to bundle up the dog and get to it to the crematorium. After things calmed down, I found out that the crematorium is on Shirley's private property and it's her own, set up so she can handle every animal of any size individually. Shirley explained that she does each animal individually with care. She gently helped us pick out an appropriate urn and was very understanding. I'm just very very grateful that Johnathan answered the phone that evening.

Given the very difficult situation of loosing my dog unexpectedly Stewart from Cherish Pet Cremation went above and beyond to be helpful! His patience and kindness were so comforting during such a difficult moment. He waited 2 hours after business hours for me to arrive after my mistake of locations to bring my pet. He even attempted to arrange for my dog to be picked up! His service was incredible! Upon arrival he took my dog in and himself and was so empathetic during the entire process! Would highly recommend for their service and compassion!

My very much loved dog died in her sleep over the Memorial Day Weekend but even on that Sunday when I called Cherish Pet Cremation Services the phone was answered immediately. The receptionist was very sympathetic and handled the call so professionally. James was here within a half hour and my sweet Coco's cremains were delivered along with a paw print within a few days.

Cherish Pet really lives up to it's name. This business has heart. I found my kittens in my back yard 12 years ago. Abandoned brother and sister at 5 weeks old. I have enjoyed them so much and they were connected by beating hearts for each other, brother and sister. One day I came home from work and sister was laying by the door. She had a heart attack. Totally unexpected. I could not stop the tears. Her brother has been missing his sister something fierce. Animals really do connect! I appreciate the genuine service this businesses provided for my family at this time.

I was emotionally raw and hurting the morning I called Cherish Pet Cremation, and they answered my grief with prompt service. They came to the house almost immediately to pick up my Luvie, saving me the miserable and dreaded task of having to drive and deliver her myself. I was given a wide choice of containers for her ashes. (The one I chose was offered at their cost.) Then they returned her to our home ahead of the promised time. This company passed up every opportunity to pad their price. They were more than fair. They were sympathetic and kind, truly warm, good people. They treated me and my little Friend with respect and care. Cherish far exceeded my expectations.

I was completely lost when I recently lost my sweet old lady kitty Snooki. She had passed late at night and heartbroken and panicked I started googling who could take care of my sweet girl for me. I knew I wanted her ashes. I found Cherish Pet online and felt some sort of relief that they make their phone lines available 24/7. I connected with a woman who let me know they would have someone call to set up a pickup first thing in the morning being that It was 3 am at the time. I felt a little better knowing that someone was coming to get my girl in a few hours and it gave me time to say goodbye. From start to finish the people at Cherish have been very supportive and sweet and I can tell that they really care about fur babies which is what you really want and need in a time like this. They delivered Snooki's ashes today and the sweet gentleman talked me through everything. I really appreciate everything they have done and for the amount of relief and comfort they have given me through this difficult time.

The best service you will ever get. In one of the most saddest moments of your life the care and support from that you will receive is so comforting. Unfortunately, i have had to use them twice and if you can say something good out of the horrible situation it is about how well you and your beloved family member are treated. I cannot thank them enough for how wonderful they were to me and the day they brought my babies back home was the saddest joy i have ever felt. Very highly recommended!!!

I could not be more pleased with the loving care that Ms. Shirley showed my family during the loss of our beloved family pet. I was happy that somebody answered the phone on a Sunday and made quick arrangements. I had called another place closer to my home, but never got a call back even though the website said emergency contact. Ms. Shirley came out within the time frame she said she would and shared our grief and gave the impression of a true professional. great job all around and I couldn't ask for more!
