Chem-Dry cleaned a large white couch for us. Shawn was professional and friendly. We are also very happy with the results. The couch looks great. We would definitely use Chem-Dry again.

We recently bought a condo that has lots of tile flooring, it was in good shape but in desperate need of cleaning. Caleb showed up on time and explained the process and what we could expect. We are beyond pleased and would highly recommend this business!

Chem-Dry came out and scheduled and rescheduled for me at the last minute to to a showing! They were great to work with. Shawn came out and did a thorough cleaning on the upstairs carpets! They look like new!

I have used this company before did a good job on floors. I paid $800 total for the project. They did not do a good job on my sofa. It is still filthy. The process did not work. They did come back out to try to clean a second time, did not work. Owner was told that the couch had new food stains on the cushions, the tech did not clean the cushions again it was the same stains. The fabric on the sofa is washable so I will have to have someone clean body of the sofa again as I washed the covers. Will never hire again. No refund so I am out about $300 and no clean sofa

I had my carpet cleaned before listing my home. The tech went the extra mile to ensure that the carpet dried quickly and looked "perfect".

Wow, I was super impressed. Chem-Dry has always done a good job for us but this was a new chem-dry company that we had never tried, and the technician Caleb was incredibly nice, patient, intelligent, and helpful. His work was great. I had him come twice and clean about 1/3 of our carpets (wall to wall carpeting, area rugs, sofas, stains, pet problems, etc.) and it all came out beautifully. He seemed to really care, and he carefully explained things to me and answered my questions. I highly recommend this company. And I always buy 4 bottles of their cleaner to use for minor stains in between visits because it works so much better than cleaners I buy at store.

We used them hoping to get 3 different stain areas from 2 different carpets. Of the 3 I really didn't expect one to be fixable, it was a substantial coffee stain (probably 2 years old) on a 20 year old carpet. In the end, they could not completely remove it but they did make it much better than I hoped.
The 2 others were blood spatter and a general unidentified area of small stains.The general stain was cleaned fine the first time but the blood spatter 'came back' a couple days later, including one or two spats that looked even larger. Unfortunately they also created a new problem, a seemingly 'bleached' spot caused by a small leak in their hose of that cleaner they use.
When we called them back, they were totally professional about it. They explained how the blood looked worse because the cleaning loosened it. They got it taken care of, and the newly created 'bleach spot' too. They tried the coffee stain some more, but it was simply too much damage and I really didn't expect anyone to be able to get rid of it. As far as I'm concerned they exceeded my expectations, and so I recommend them.

I had two large area rugs cleaned and am happy with the outcome!!
Technician called to inform me they were a little ahead of schedule and if it was ok, they could be at my home by "x" time, about 30 minutes ahead of the 10-12 window. Great!!!
Right on that time stated.
Got all prepared. Brought stuff in. And then explained everything to me. Helped me turn my rugs, as I was wanting to and he suggested. Then he proceeded to do all the cleaning. I was able to tend to my schedule.
Kept informing me along the way... What he was going and what remained.
Let me know to let them dry then vac.

Carpets are clean and soft and fluffy again.
Service was prompt and kind and informative.
Price was reasonable.

Only change I would have liked to see would be to either remove shoes or wear covers in my home. Although he did have a rug he used to thoroughly wipe his feet prior to entering.

Kevin just recently cleaned 3 of my rooms that have heavy traffic either from kids coming in from back yard with wet or muddy shoes and of course the dog. He was able to get out old urine stains from our carpet even ones that I couldn't get with my own carpet cleaner. So happy I gave him a call.

We have used Chem-Dry several times through Kevin Jones. The service is great. The technicians are polite and helpful. The cleaning is very efficient. Feels like a new home when they are done!
