Hundreds of miles from a big town, I'm grateful there is a store that caters to organic, no GMO, no pesticides, local and fresh produce, fruits, milk, yogurt, cheeses, dry goods, juices, A little beer and a little wine sounds fine, vitamins, supplements on, and on and other sorts of groceries. Don't forget the chips and chocolate too. This store has everything you need for fridge and a pantry stocking up. That is all about organic. I love it when I can say don't panic it's organic. An organic food oasis, In a magical place, Garberville is a quiet little town, very beautiful surrounded by mountains and forests. This natural foods store is similar to one of the usual Cooperative Versions in this region. Very good supply of organic options and choices, lots of local selection, lots of fresh organic produce thank you for being there over the years for me and your community :-)

A great little store I have been frequenting since moving here nearly 2 years ago. However, there's a woman who works there who is discriminatory towards low income shoppers. Last summer she accused me of lying when I told her the peaches were rotting before they ripened. Then two days ago I was shopping with my daughter when we placed all of our items on the beautiful wooden check out stand and I guess she didn't see the honey stick sitting there and became flustered and acted like my daughter was stealing it when she picked up the honey stick along with the other items we were buying from the counter where it has been sitting the entire time. Frankly speaking, I can buy everything Chautauqua sells up north in eureka for 1/4 the price. Add in some discrimination and harassment and this store will see itself go out of business for treating people this way. ‍

I totally support the workers there and when I shop there I hear they do senior discounts so that's nice.
They have my favorite cranberry beef bison jerkey and they have organic alcoholic apple cider that I like! Sure, they have expensive stuff but they have dozen eggs are cheaper than Ray's.

Wonderful selection of healthy food choices. The service team was helpful, accessible and knowledgeable. I recommend this unique small food market to you.

This place is one of the main reasons I even stop in Garberville on my way up the 101.
They have a lot of selection for such a small store.
Workers have always been friendly to me.
And they have to put up with a lot of unruly characters, they do their job well.
They have some items I can't find anywhere else.
They are a Garberville gemstone.

The variety of healthy organic options is vast and surprising here. I was shopping at Ray's and was shocked at the prices and quality of items. Then I headed to CNF for a huge change of venue. The staff are extremely helpful and in good spirits. The pricing is still higher than Whole Foods in SoCal and not sure what is going on in this city to support such a high caliber grocery store but it doesn't really fit in imho.

I was looking for some pre-made sandwiches or small entrees and was unable to locate. Parking was hard as there was a Farmer's Market next door which was crazy as well. Different strokes am guessin. Recommend for that picky relative from LA who wants PLAIN Goat Milk Kefir...haha.

The store it's self has a pretty good selection, great local produce when it's in season as well! The customer service on the other hand would get negative stars. Just because of the one woman checker who is unfortunately there All the time, being Extremely rude all the time...you should really put her in the back to stock or anywhere that doesn't require her interacting with humans. I try avoiding this place unless it's absolutely necessary just so I can avoid her small but always negative interaction.

This grocery always has something new to offer when you come in from the great local products to the usual grocery store items. The selection is great and the service extremely helpful. Whenever passing through town I always make sure to stop and take a look at what great local products they have. They also have a great discounted section which has a wide variety of interesting items.
