Chase Bank

This is an extremely disorganized banking center with the Chase umbrella. Perhaps they are understaffed or just poorly managed. There is no direction in the lobby, no check-in for individuals interested in doing non-teller business with the bank. It needs a serious overhaul

I recently moved here from Southern Oregon. I still have a business there. Chase is luckily they are the only bank in common in the small town I am from. I went into the branch nearest me on Memorial. I stood there for minutes without even being greeter BY ANYONE. The teller was busy but I had to stand in front of her before she even acknowledged me to say she'd be right with me. One other banker was with a customer. The other two women ignored me completely. I was not able to open the account because I needed an appointment which due to Covid I get. But the rest of the rudeness had me praying there was a US Bank around (there isn't unfortunately).

There is always a line here and always way under staffed . There's a very hard working teller and he is always nice and friendly even if he has to tend to so many people . The management just walk around and watch lines grow instead of helping the tellers that are being overworked .
