I've been going to this salon for years, and I have always had such a great experience. Casey always does a great job with my hair. I absolutely love my latest cut where I finally took some length off my hair for the first time in years.

The absolute best experience! My first time coming here to get my hair done for the first time ever. Parker knows how to color. I've had this for about a week now and I fall in love with it every time. She's literally amazing. Kind, accommodating and the absolute best! Definitely recommending her! Syuria did my haircut and taught me how to take care of my hair! The staff and everyone was awesome. I'd definitely come back and visit and only have rave things to say! Y'all are truly the best

I have been seeing Gia for my cut and Miriah for my color for years and they always deliver. They are attentive to what it is I'm seeking to achieve with my color and style and they are as personable as they are professional. I always feel like a new woman when I leave the salon!!

Well... I went to try this Salon because of good reviews plus I found a Groupon to get Balayage done but I am disappointed with the result. After agreeing upon something else before the treatment, the end result turned out to be something else. It was so bad that I had to get it fixed from another place immediately after 2-4 days. I am not sure if there is a difference in serving people using Groupons or just what happened to me since this was my first time there.

I always have a fun time here, thanks to Jamie Wallace. Her scalp massage during the shampoo is divine. When she cuts hair, she makes wonderful conversation and creates an exciting environment, makes you feel at home. Her styles are modern, funky and artsy. Which speaks perfectly with my personality. She's funny, kind hearted and a fabulous teacher. Highly recommend this gal!

Just got a great haircut/style from Tiffany. This was my first time to this salon - was greeted nicely, received a tour of the salon and then was introduced to my stylist. She listened to my thoughts on a new cut, added her recommendations and did a great job! Definitely going back and requesting Tiffany!

was overtly rude with absolutely no cause for this kind of behavior.

I have been getting my hair cut at the Charles Ifergan Salon (by Charles, himself) for over a decade. I have always loved how my hair looked and how I was treated by everyone at the salon.

Now, during the Covid-19 crisis, the attention to detail with the protocols that has been taken for clients and employees to be safely in the salon has been incredible. All done with much thought and efficiency in their implementation (checking in both when you arrive outside on Oak Street and in the salon, one person at a time in the elevator, temperature check when you get off the elevator inside the salon, spacing between the hair washing chairs, spacing between the salon chairs, no use of the dressing room for social distancing, no waiting for a stylist (they only call you to come inside when your stylist is ready), wiping down of the chairs between clients, everyone wearing a mask, and no having to sign your receipt when you leave.) You are in and out safely and quickly.

It was already an awesome place before, but I love it even more now. Because I can see how much the clients mean to the salon. And, I'm sure that all stems from Charles as the owner, a wonderful human being, and stylist.

Eddie Diebold is a master stylist! He does a fantastic job on my hair as well as my wife's hair. He has been working here for 18 years and is really the best around.

All staff is nice and helpful. Check in is easy and they have beverages and cozy seating. The space is really nice and very clean.

The building I live in hosted an event with this salon. I was able to meet one of the colorist who discussed options to fix an unfortunate experience I had with another salon.

I made my appointment to have my color done with Mariah and my cut done with Gissel. Both are amazing!!! I was very happy with the results.

The salon itself is a bit over priced but it's to be expected in Chicago. The desk staff wasn't very friendly when checking out. However they were a very small part of my experience. I love my new hair team thou! I look forward to returning.
