I went out of my routine and tried new place since my regular place was not available. This place was a hidden gem in this mall, very spacious inside and clean,, my tech was sharon and my sister's tech was young, im not sure about young but sharon was kind, took her time to do my spa pedicure which was hot spa $45
Massage could have been better tho.
I will definitely revisit.

Esther gave me the Barbie nails of my dreams! It was my first time ever getting a full set this long or in this shape and she really took her time to get it right! Everyone at this salon is really nice and they've consistently done a good job on my nails.

Wonderful service, kind people, super clean, best nail salon in the area! So happy I found them. My husband goes there too lol. I found out the owner lived in my neighborhood from her adorable daughter who walked her dog when I walked mine which was really lucky and now I won't go anywhere else. If you haven't been there with these owners you are really missing out. I'm a Registered Nurse so the first thing I noticed was the cleanliness of this salon. Also they are very kind and friendly so you may as well relax when you get your nails done, right? We need to support local businesses that try this hard! If you were there many years ago it's nothing like it used to be. It's sooo much better! Thank you Helen and all the talented artists here!

Love this hidden gem just minutes from home. Clean, quiet, friendly, and great service. Reasonable prices. I even get a senior discount! Highly recommend.

One and done!! I just moved to the Lansdale area, and I really just needed a place to remove the gel polish I had on, and do just a regular polish manicure. I knew this place didn't have the best ratings, but it's not far from my area, and a regular polish isn't super crazy so I decided to give them a chance. I will not be returning again.

The staff wasn't rude per say, but they definitely were not welcoming or friendly. My technicians name was Julie. I'm very professional and courteous, and even I felt uncomfortable at times, for example when I asked for the pedicure water to be warmer, it seemed like I was annoying the technician (mind you I was the ONLY client in the building). Also, I wouldn't say it was filthy inside, but I wasn't completely comfortable with touching the surfaces, sitting in the pedi chair, etc.

My nails look like my niece painted them. Please refer to the picture below. There's bubbles from how abruptly she painted them, and the polish is on my skin. I am the ONLY client in the salon and my nails still couldn't get managed to be painted properly? Also they used NO lotion during the pedicure or manicure....I thought that was a staple for mani/pedis.

I promise, I'm a chill customer. Had my headphones in and listened to music the whole time. I hope they make some changes in the future and learn decent customer service.

I love Louis! He does a great job and is always a great time to talk to. Any time I need an appointment they get me in at the time I need.

Went to try this place out today and I am disappointed. I got an acrylic refill with regular polish. Julie got polish all over my skin and did not apply top coat evenly. I was charged an extra $10 for the gel removal and all she did was file it off. And not to mention there is acrylic on my skin and did not file them underneath. I love this salon great service and they pay attention to detail. I've been coming here for 2 years and I've never been disappointed. My technician is the owner Tina and she rocks! She never lets me leave unless I'm 100% satisfied, and I always am. It's a very comfortable atmosphere and sometimes I close my eyes and relax while she works her magic.
