Food is awesome ! We love it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND it

The service could be better. A young man who was preparing the food was very helpful (Feb-25 ; 7.30 PM). The lady behind the counter was rude and seemed distracted and irritated with us asking for some missing spoons. She was on work fooling around with her Shake-Shak boyfriend

Love cava and normally service is not an issue but the front line girl Angel at this location needs an attitude adjustment, really could not give an f about you throughout the whole line
And as if my missing pita on a to go order is the most inconvenient ask

I absolutely love coming here! Not going to lie, I was pretty bummed when I heard they were doing away with Zoe's Kitchen and replacing some with Cava, but after giving it a try, Zoe WHO!?

My first time visiting, I was in a bit of a rush, so I ordered online for in store pick up. I wasn't super happy about having to wait an additional 20 minutes after arriving before my food was ready, but when I got home to eat my food, it was so good, I couldn't even be mad.

The bowls are sooo good! I've had it a few times a few different ways (with rice/greens, and without, with and without the roasted vegetables, with the harissa honey chicken & with the regular chicken). Each time it was delicious and super filling without being overtly heavy (gotta love Mediterranean food!) I've heard the spicy lamb is really good too.

Oh and also, try the pita chips with the red pepper hummus. You won't be disappointed!!

I've given this place plenty of chances and it's time we part ways. A few things:
- unorganized and slow even with me being the only person in line
- food portions are inconsistent and very stingy lately - the bowl is half full (1 table spoon of rice?)
- salad is moldy - check before you move to the next station if the leaves are brown..
- dirty inside and half the machines are broken
- tables don't get cleaned often
- staff looks lazy and doesn't want to be there (if they're holding you against your will, please tell us!!)
- almost forgot: DO NOT order online for pick up, they will most certainly mess it up. Every. Single. Time.

This seems to be an issue at every single cava location I've been to so don't bother hoping for a better experience elsewhere. They will definitely let you down. Chipotle is a 10 min walk away. Much more consistent and pleasant. Do it, it's worth it.

Loved it! Looking forward to it AGAIN!! Superb and delightful and delicious!!!!! I'm still trying new stuff there and enjoying every bite!

Rice was dry. Female named Angel was very rude and arguing with the other worker about the amount of chicken I was given. Portion sizes were smaller than other locations. Fountain drinks were not working. Most tables inside were dirty. Won't be coming back.

I am posting the same issue that I posted under the Cava on El Dorado Parkway because there appears to be a systemic issue.

"This is the second Cava our family goes to that is apparently not receiving online orders. When we reached the location, there was a huge line of customers standing around experience the same issue: employees were not able to find any of their orders and had to make them on the spot. The frustration amongst everyone (both customers and employees) was incredibly tangible. Frankly, I feel quite bad for the employees as it appears that they are dealing with some sort of faulty technology (and as mentioned earlier, the issue appears to be systemic as the Cava at Legacy West displayed the same problems last week when our family went). Hope this gets clears up!!"
