I'm not sure what these other reviews are talking about. I am thoroughly satisfied with my experience. The owners are great and very accommodating for rush orders. Would definitely recommend them!

I'm 50/50. The women who helped me when I brought my shirts in to be pressed was the same as who checked me out and she was very nice. However, I thought the turnaround time was a little long and when I hit the total upon picking them up I was sparkled it was almost $12 just to press 2 dress shirts. I brought the shirts on a Thursday and they wouldn't be ready to pick up until Monday (I also wasn't given a specific time for Monday so I ended up picking them up Tuesday to be safe. They came out great. It just seemed overly long and expensive for what I would want.

Best dry cleaners/alterations in the area. They are very accommodating and have always worked with me when I drop things I need altered in a rush. Even had a garment that had to be altered at a different location of theirs and instead of making me drive to their other location they took care of transporting the garment back and forth AND got it done well, even rushed it for me so I could have it back in the short time I requested. Won't do business anywhere else. Highly recommended.

HORRIBLE Experience and way too expensive. Funny thing is I told the guy working there that I was going to post something on yelp, google and other places and he told me the owner wouldn't care because she never goes on there. Avoid this place at all cost unless you want to be overcharged for something that will probably not be ready when you need it.

I went to pick it up today, Saturday, two days later, and it's not ready. The best part is that it won't be ready until Monday. So now I have to go find a new blazer to be able to bring on my work trip that I leave for on Monday at 7 AM.

I promise, you won't find any better dry cleaners in the Orlando area! Such good honest service with impeccable quality. They recovered my dress that I thought was gone for sure after my dog vomited all over it.

Great location. They love the bmx and bike kids who ride in the parking lot and all the events at the bike shop next door. Even the cops come and watch all the fun. Front door is always open and don't worry about talking to him, he is a man of few words.

Highly disappointed. I should've never left my 4 pairs of slacks in this guys hands. I could've hemmed them myself. I'm fairly short, we're talking 4'11 and I needed my pants that were too long to be hemmed to fit my height. I had already put a temporary hem in them but they were starting to come out so I decided once I got the OK from work to hem them I would take them in. My mother and father suggested this place, and this might be the last time I ever take advice from them given that I'm now out $50 and I'm probably going to have to hem the pants myself. To begin.. The man was extremely cocky when I came to drop them off, I was explaining that I had put the temporary hem in and I would need them to be hemmed exactly the same. His words were and I quote "I've run this business very long time I know what I'm doing." If he knew what he was doing, then why was he trying to talk me out of the hem length? I am clearly almost a midget and the pants were obviously too long for me, yet this man was insisting I didn't take that much off. Anyways, I told him no and that they needed to be hemmed exactly how I had them. Now, the only reason why I am giving 2 stars instead of none is because they were actually done within 2 days of dropping them off and they were ironed and what not. However, fast forward to pickup. Typically, when you drop off dry cleaning the store will call you when they're ready. This was not my first time with dry cleaning or alterations. They were supposed to be ready at 4, I had not received a call so I thought okay maybe I'll call them in an hour? So I call, at 5:30 and he's like yeah they're ready but we close at 6 so you'll have to get them tomorrow. That wasn't going to work seeing as I kind of need to wear pants to work, thankfully I live down the street and was able to race there. Had I known what time they closed I would've called at 4 when they were supposed to be done. All around, I will NOT be recommending this place to anyone. The customer service was nonexistent and not to mention I overpaid for a service I didn't even receive correctly. Never coming back and I would hate to see anyone go through the same experience I did.

I began using Carriage Cleaners about a year ago. The clothes always look great and they are ready when I ask for them to be ready. They are courteous and professional. I would strongly recommend them to anyone.

Paid for a dress shirt to be pressed and starched. When I got it back, he charged me double because the shirt was "too small to fit in the machine." He said it had to be ironed by hand. He did not tell me this beforehand. On top of that, the shirt had definitely not been starched.
