Whoever the guy working drive thru with the attitude needs a hug, Jesus or both.

My boyfriend and myself were ordering food, he wasn't friendly at all and while ordering and specifying what we wanted on the burger, no lettuce add pickles, dude stops and says "well the drink needs to come before the burger. So what do you want?"

Didn't even bother to order, just went across the street.

Usually the service here is great, the friendly older guy in the morning is lovely. Idk what was up with this guy.

Literally just tried to order a fish sandwich meal via the drive thru. The guys is extremely rude. He did not know how to add tomato and onions to sandwich before and became irate and rude. I decided not to order. The owner really needs to hire better people.the

Honestly I have no issues getting the food. Everything I ordered was correct and no issues issued. But even tho it's a drive thru experience I been coming here since highschool with my friends and the staff we're perfect awesome at their jobs and kind. The place looks a little slow and quiet when you first take a look at it but by the time you order an have your food it will be nice and hot when you receive it and not long at all.

On a regular basis in the morning me and my wife visit this location and receive excellent service. The manager is always attentive and even remembers my name now. My food is always warm and fresh. The location is always clean and inviting. I appreciate every meal thank you.

They don't follow allergies and dietary restrictions. The service is horrible. Don't eat here if you want to make sure you're getting correctly ordered food.

Awesome customer service from Javier but extremely hot inside the restaurant. People walk in and walk right out because of the heat.

I literally get the western bacon burger quite often here and they are pretty good at listening and accommodating most of the time.

Today, however, I told them I wanted the bacon crispy (as I always request) and it was acknowledged. I get the bag and get home because I don't have time to check, as others are in line and it's as floppy and almost undercooked as can be.

They literally didn't even try to accommodate me and now they are getting a 1 star review as a result. Simply had to cook the bacon a little longer.

Got some some food on march 2, and it was absolutely delicious. The food was hot and fresh and the window gal was super sweet. Thank you to all the hard working folks at Carl's Jr. I appreciate you. Ps the fried zucchini was soooooo delicious! I had a craving and it hit the spot.

Had lunch from there. The food was standard, but the unsweetened ice tea I received was unsettlingly disgusting. The taste was as if someone stuck a dirty latex glove into the drink, or used my cup as an ashtray. Certainly didn't help that it smelled like cigarette smoke in there. Subpar Quality of the drink made me question the sanitation practices of the employees at this location, as well as the food handling.

The service and food service as good! The whole restaurant was empty which was oddly suspicious but the customer service was good!
