Used to like this place. I put in an order paid for it via the website they charged me for 60 bucks and never made the order. Wanted a simple refund they could not offer it told me they weren't sure how long it would take to make the order. Makes it tough trying to use them for business meetings. So no refund told me to report it as fraud. Never again

Tasty Cuban sandwiches at reasonable prices: My husband and I haven't gone to this sandwich shop since before the lockdown. Been enjoying their sandwiches for over 20 years, so glad they're still here! The inside has tropical plants painted on the walls so has a fun decor.

Today we dined in and shared a 12" sandwich combo (comes with lg black beans & rice and buttered Cuban toast). Their Cuban has always been our favorite sandwich on the menu, but today we tried the Jerk pork sandwich. It was was delicious!

The lunch special is also a fantastic deal (6" sandwich, small black beans & rice with Cuban toast). Some of my favorite dinners are when my husband picks up sandwiches on his way home from work & we press them later!

Wish I could give this place higher marks. Service was fine, the dining area was clean but here comes the bad news. Only one paper menu at the register to order from, seating is old and uncomfortable and there was three small bone chips in my friend's Cuban sandwich. The manager explained that it happens sometimes when they cut the ham away from the shank. My friend got her money back. But we won't be back until some changes are made.

ordered a Cuban, no mayo extra pickles for my wife, and a combo for myself. got all the way home and both sandwiches were meat only.

Just ordered online for pickup. Got a confirmation and time and the place is locked up! No sandwich!! So mad.

Best cuban sandwich in the area. I've have been a customer since the beginning and it's a great sandwich everyttime. I highly recommend Caribbean Cafe for fresh food that always tastes great.

Today we tried CC for lunch. The reviews on the Cuban sandwich sounded amazing. I ordered the Cuban sandwich. It comes in a few sizes, but for me the 9" was plenty big. The bread was classic Cuban bread which is soft, flaky, & tasty. The sandwich was pressed which is to be expected. The quality of the meats inside was excellent, meaning there was nothing questionable in it, lol. The only issue is that while the sandwich tasted fine, there was nothing exceptional about it. I feel like I'm missing something, because this was no different than a bizillion other Cuban sandwiches I've had elsewhere. The girl who took my order was pleasant & overall everything was good. But again there was nothing that stood out.

Our go to for the Cuban sandwich. Always plenty of ingredients especially the meat portion, see my photo. Perfect mixture of the condiments, some places have too much mustard in the mixture. And lastly the bread makes the sandwich, it was crispy & fresh. We drive a half hour just for this Cuban when there is a place less than 5 minutes from us (and several other places closer) Well worth the drive!!

Stopped by on the way to the office to grab a sandwich to go.

Opted for my old standby the chicken melt which is delicious with white cheese and cilantro. I get mine extra crispy so it's nice and toasty and melty.

They also have the best herbal iced tea around. I could live on this stuff.

Fast and friendly service as well as super reasonable prices are just additional reasons to come here!

A Cuban Sandwich that is quite simply the best I have had. The competition for a good Cuban sandwich is extreme in the Tampa area and this little restaurant tops them all. The key to a good Cuban sandwich is the press and they have perfected it. We usually get the 4 small Cubans, rice and beans with 4 drinks and take it home. Stop in, you will be glad you did and the staff is a pleasure to visit with while you wait for your order.
