CareSpot Urgent Care - Jacksonville Arlington Cesery

Convenient urgent care center that wasn't too far from me. Receptionist was straight forward. My visit was very quick and easy. Not super over the top service but not horrible or unprofessional either.

Received THE ABSOLUTE WORST attitude from anyone in customer service ever this morning by an African American bearded man in this location. The treatment was absolutely unnecessary and borderline abusive. This was my first time at a CareSpot location and will hesitate to even attempt to visit again if this is any kind of representation of how these businesses are run.

I left without seeing anyone and went to the minute clinic where I was treated with kindness and respect.

The nurse practitioner doesn't know what she's doing. She completely blew off what I'm suffering with. She only did a urinalysis on me. I called to check on my results 3 days later and the person I talked to was pretty rude. No results yet. The nurse practitioner said I need to see a gynecologist when my problem isn't related to that. I need to see a urologist. So stupid.

So we were able to get a same day appointment which was great for our sick son, but they only let one parent in the building... I wanna be involved too! Other than that the staff was friendly and the wait wasn't too bad.

At first I was worried about the reviews. However, everyone was so patient and caring. They really listened and made me feel heard. They treated me and sent me on my way in good timing!

I wish I didn't have to leave a star. I was a walk in and literally only one gentleman in front of me. The lady at the front desk on 12/9/22 told me I couldn't be seen I'd have to come back another day because there is only one physician and they are stressed out. TF?! I asked her, so you are turning me away because there you are stressed out?! She then replied l, "wouldn't you be". I asked is this the physicians order or yours?! She then replied NO it's just logical. I will NOT be going here again. She was very rude, unprofessional, unethical and I am not feeling my best and you decide to turn me away because your stressed. No one asked you to come to work today and no one picked your job but you.

if you got no health insurance you gotta pay out of pocket the same day care they don't care if you are sick and dyin they don't care about your health. fuck that place

The staff was really really sweet and
Dr. Thorpe was amazing with my daughter. He was friendly, efficient and explained everything we needed to know. We made an appt and waited about an hour which is understandable during these times. Thank you!

I went FOR A COUGH AND SORE THROAT
Waiting in waiting room when told my insurance wasn't valid I have two both being very good insurance and asked to pay out of pocket contacted both my insurance nothing was wrong, called back and advised she try again etc they asked me to come back in and be seen got seen by doctor said everything looked good and I was clear of strep it was probably viral go get over the counter meds for allergies .
I've never had allergies and am sick with cough and sore throat she gives me a prescription one for allergies and one for throat
When I get to pharmacy they tell me the medicine(lidocaine) to help with soreness for my throat is a compound med that doesn't take insurance like you pay out of pocket for , doesn't matter if you have it or not compound med is multiple meds combined blah blah I'm like okay can't be that much I need it what is the damage over 90 dollars it would have cost me so she said call the doctor explain and they should beable to prescribe something else to help you or just the lidocaine and something your insurance can help you with. So I Call the carespot Arlington Cesery back and they say I'm only allowed the magic mouth was and was diagnosed with allergies for throat soreness and cough and to be seen again if I think that's wrong but there's nothing else they will exchange out or right a new prescription with medication I can actually afford or something you can use insurance with and take that won't cost me a over 90 dollars . Worst service from start to finish. Waste of my time very rude unprofessional and dirty their hand sanitizer doesn't even work . Bathroom smelled horrible and the tablets weren't clean. Doctor was in a rush and i wouldn't recommend this carespot I've been to many and this is by far the worst .

Went in with severe pain in my arm yesterday. After sitting for an hour and a half'
they X-rayed my arm. Doc said it wasn't broken, But my primary doc called today and said it is broken! She is sending me to an orthopedist.
