Canine Connection

I brought my dog there, when I picked her up she was stressed, more than usual. She remained unsettled and was off her food. The next day I noticed she was very sensitive on her hind end, and the fur seemed matted. When I looked further I realized it was clotted blood!
One of the young groomers commented that she was surprised how much barking she was capable of?
I can only assume they hit her with something pointed, several times to try and quite her..not cool!

ZERO STARS WOULD BE TOO MANY STARS FOR THIS BUSINESS.. I contacted this person to inquire about obedience classes for a dog I was planning to adopt. I was very forward that I would likely not have the dog in time for her next class and she was adamant that if that was the case I would be able to get a refund. At this point she processed my CC. I spoke with the adoption agency later that day and learned that no I would not have her in time for the course. So I called back and was told she didn't know how to process a refund and to wait for it to go through and she would then refund me through cash/check. So I speak with her 2 days later and she cannot meet to do the refund until the next Saturday. We schedule a time and I am to call prior to going. Saturday rolls around and I call 6 times throughout the day with no answer. Then call on Sunday and am ignored again, until I call from a different number and she answers on the first ring. At this point she makes terrible excuses for ignoring me and says she can meet me the next Saturday.. like I'm going to believe that so I say, why don't you mail me my refund.. she says okay.. 1 more week goes by and nothing.. again am ignored until I call from my work number, to which she tells me.. I didn't mail the refund because business has been slow and I don't have it, I can send it in a few weeks. WHAT????? So then I have to be a jerk and after threatening to file a claim against her through the bank she finally meets me Wednesday (3 weeks later) and gives me a refund. Long story short.. this person is a thief and she will spend your money regardless of the fact she knew she shouldn't and then blow you off in hopes you will give up and she can keep it. So I can only imagine if that's how she's runs the management side of business how poor the actual obedience training quality is.
