Can-Duit Electric

We have used them three times now. I was hesitant to hire them again due to how they treated me last time with the billing. However they could start right away so they got the job. What i dont appreciate as a repeat customer is as soon as the job was finished i was told to have my wife come outside and write them a check. I was at work and told (Dan) that i was on my way with the checkbook and would be there in half an hour. The reply i received was.. i guess we will WAIT! He then proceeded to tell me his guys had to leave and i needed to pay them right away. Considering i just spent good money with his company and have also in the past, to me the lack of customer service and or respect was astounding. I have had no issues with payment in the past, i like to inspect the work that was done before i sign away a check.. totally unprofessional and rude. Spend your hard earned $$ with a company that appreciates you.

After exchanging a few texts and phone calls,the owner called and said they were just too busy to make it to my home anytime soon.I felt like my project wasnt either big enough nor didnt really matter.It seems if you dont have a big project($$$$$)NO one wants to do it.Ill find better elsewhere.At least they called me and told me.

I highly recommend using Rod and the Can Duit Electric crew. They wired my new garage and later fixed a mishap that another company made. They came out and corrected the error quickly.

Had several small jobs that needed taking care of. All were done with no problem. Service person was very polite and helpful.
Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because my job was originally scheduled for Wednesday, but wasn't done until Friday because they got hung up on a big job. I totally understand that,

I Had a appointment set with this company and they never showed up, they could have at least called to tell me they couldn't come out, thanks God Bless

I have used Can-duit Electric LLC three times now and I have found them to be stellar in workmanship and price. I highly recommend them.

I made an appointment a week in advance to look at some problems with my kitchen outlets. The secretary told me that it would not be a problem and that someone would be calling me the day before to let me know when the electrician would be coming by. I didn't receive a call at all so the morning of the supposed appointment I gave the office a call and talked to the same secretary she said she remembered taking my appointment and as soon as she was in the office she was going to find someone to call me. About an hour later I called back and talked to the secretary that told me she had just talked to the owner and that they had worked overnight on a big job so they wouldn't come that day but could reschedule 2 days later. This company is very unprofessional aside from the secretary who remained friendly and apologized for everything. So I lost a day of work and didn't get what I needed done because the profit from my electrical job wasn't as important as the bigger job that was scheduled last minute " that they couldn't turn down" and they couldn't even call me to let me know that they wanted to reschedule. Please save time and headaches if you need electrical work done and call another company that cares about their customers.
