Food was under whelming for this visit. I had onion rings and a fish sandwich. Both the rings and fried fish had been sitting around for quite awhile.

For it being dinner rush, everything was hot and fresh! But, my oldest did ask for a ice water and instead she got one of those water pouches (which she didn't want) the wait, is the norm. Always a wait. Their kids meal, like always, hot and juicy mess (and always a mess to clean up later). No complaints. You know it's good when there nothing left :)

I've been going to this Burger King for many years now and I've never had a bad experience. Very rarely has my order been wrong but they always quickly fix it.

I came through the drive thru & they forgot one of my items. After calling, they said they would fix it. Came back a few days later & they replaced my entire order without charge. Maricela was very kind about it.

as i sit here writing this review, i am saddened to say that my order was completely wrong. I was hoping to open my bad to a delicious spider-man whopper. But to my surprise it was a normal whopper, i would have been completely fine if it still had all my add ons (which was bacon and bbq) no onion rings which i paid extra for, and no spiderman sundae. robbed me of money for food i never received. I regret to say i will never recover from this day and will go down as a tragic moment in my life.

So I was eating chicken fries and I took a bite of one and it had a cockroach leg in it I will not be ordering that ever again it was honestly nasty and not so long ago the customer service was really bad

Good food for a good price. Surprisingly cheaper than McDonalds when my boyfriend and I order. Only had a couple issues with short-staffedness and only when we go to the store itself via Drive-Thru. We enjoy it and the Burger King app actually has great deals for members so looking into that could be beneficial if you're a Burger King fan!

I went here last week and my boyfriend and I ordered a burger and chicken sandwich... there was a hair in almost everything we got . So gross I wouldn't go back or recommend to anyone .

just went through this store food was gross for some reason they salted the burgers to the point you could not eat them, i would not go here the bacon king burgers are gross 301 West 84th St, Thornton, CO 80260

ACTIVELY SEEKING OUT ANTI-DISCRIMINATION ADVOCATES.
The Civil Rights Act of 1964 explicitly prohibits restaurants from refusing service to patrons on the basis of race, color, religion, or national origin.
Burger King, Please help the community surrounding this establishment. 2 times now, and for no reason, My Family has been denied service within hours of business. The drive thru attendant claimed to Speak only Spanish and Along with the denial, a blatant LIE about hours Of operation and food availability accompanied the experiences. Both times happened at the drive thru, and both times I was in between two Vehicles. Unbelievably, both times I heard and watched the 2 vehicles around me order and receive meals. The vehicle before me, ordered using only Spanish Language (LOUD AND CLEAR). The vehicle behind also ordered using only the Spanish Language (again LOUD AND CLEAR). I do not speak fluent Spanish, yet I know enough to Have deciphered the attendant. I feel discriminated against, and seek to involve anti-discrimination advocates to further escalate and resolve this un-American disaster of a restaurant.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
