Burger King

Terrible! I went there on Labor Day and there was no one else there as they were renovating the place. You would think because I was their only customer I'd get a decent meal but nope! I ordered chicken fries, took one bite and threw them out. The chicken tasted as if it was sitting out for 8 hours. If it didn't only cost $1.89 I would have gone back and asked for new ones. I'll never go back. Yuck!

Angela, has been wonderful in turning the store around. She was wonderful in her customer service. She loves this store and this company and it shows in how she treats her customers.
Our food was hot and fresh!

Yeah this place is trash, we sat in the drive through while the employee of the month played on his phone struggling with his one order. I'm sure it's hard for them to keep up the one order quota per hour but they are getting there! Keep going guys, you'll work your way up to snail level serve one day!

I came here for a quick lunch before running out. I decided to go through the drive through but there were cones blocking the driveway. I then pulled around the front to go inside. At the front door there was a sign saying to use the drive through. Inside there were several employees sitting around inside. I then went to the drive through window to sit for ~5 minutes to be told that they are only taking mobile orders until their manager arrives.

CLOSE THIS PLACE ASAP ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS
Hungry? Go somewhere but this Burger King. The food isnt terrible but you know what is? The staff, The wait times, customer service. Our precious time cannot be wasted at this location. Please save yourself time and money and head somewhere else to eat. Corporate if you see this. DO SOMETHING OR CLOSE DOWN

One of the least-good Burger King experiences I have ever had. Was planning on sitting down and eating with my kids since I hadn't seen them in almost two weeks. The lobby was closed (app said it was open) and they made us go through the drive through. They struggled to hear us over the intercom, and after shouting it the screen didn't show us the full order. They didn't confirm the order at all. Got the food and of course the order was wrong in a number of ways. ‍ Food was on-point, a Whopper is a Whopper.

Staff are rude. Didn't know how to use equipment. Couldn't order items because staff didn't know how to do it.

The worst BK I've ever been to. Don't know what they've got to sell, waited 5 minutes for someone to serve me and then instead of substituting an equivalent item I paid for they gave me cold stale French fries. Place was also disgusting and sticky and dirty tables and counters.

We arrived at 1:00 pm to pick up an online/app order. At 1:10 we also ordered more food at the drive through. We were told they are out of fries and we chose onion rings instead. At 1:35 pm !!!!! we finally made it around to the pick up window.
We paid and then were asked to pull up to the side door for our food?????
This means that in 30 minutes sitting in the drive through they were not capable of making it. I'm not surprised that more and more BKs go belly up.

the worst. having moved close to this location, I actually gave them a few chances to redeem themselves- but nope. Service is slow and employees are downright rude. The are usually out of at least one thing I order, Impossible Burger, Diet Coke, Pie, Hash Browns, Unsweet Tea...the list goes on. And if you order from the app, they won't let you pick up in drive thru. They make you go inside and wait. Probably because the drive thru line is always around the building.

Comsistently slow. 20 minute wait in the drive-thru lane, plus a 10 minute wait for the worker to take our order. Consistently rude. Often lacking supplies to prepare food listed in the menu. I'm a glutton for punishment for returning. Just left the restaurant. 45 minute wait for my order!

Each time, I'm told they are short of staff. Perhaps it's time to throw in the towel and shut down the BK location?

Is management reading these negative posts? How about Corporate HQ?
