We stopped in here for a late night dinner when we landed in Florida last week. I got two chicken sandwiches and got my girls kids meals. The lady at the window was nice and gave me free ice cream because they were out of cookies

we were served for a very long time on the drive through, we made a large order, but they simply forgot to put 4 positions in our bag, we had to return. but the food is delicious

Per usual I put in order on the BK app so that way it's
1. Closer to being ready when I get there
2. Cheaper because of their in-app specials.
So I made it to DT window and told them the name on order. They asked for it three times, for goodness' sake; I spelt it the third time. So around to the window I went. Order was 2 Big Kings, large fries and medium onion rings. Total was only $7.31 for all that; fries just $1 and o-rings were free!
At the window was a young lady called Adriana. She looked at me and told me "you didn't make an order!" Then just as quick as that she caught herself and said "you're mobile order!" Well I was relieved and we both had a quick laugh. Poor girl had been there since morning and it was close to 5pm by that moment.
Well: life isn't cheap these days but if U get the BK app, their food IS! Ms. Adriana turned out to be pretty good at running that DT window. It's definitely fast food and you definitely get what you pay for. So since these people are giving one away today to those with the BK app, why not? Queen Bee wanted to try one and so did I, so I got us a pair of combo meals plus the free sandwich. So that's three of 'em plus two medium fries and sodas for $18 including tax.
One was regular and the other two spicy. The sandwiches were nicely crispy and warm. They come on a potato bun which was also warm and soft. They usually run their buns through the toaster and here was no different.
Each of the three I chose "deluxe," which simply puts lettuce and tomato on them. I didn't get charged any extra, but if you do, the amount of lettuce and tomato is barely worthwhile. Tomato slices were all anemic looking with only one small slice on each sandwich, to which was added a meager amount of iceberg. Fries and soda? Well: they're fries and soda; whoopee!
I provide three stars because of two simple things. First, from when they got the order to when I left with my grub: eight minutes; I checked both receipts and the time stamp. May not sound like a lot to some, but "fast food"? Seems an inordinate amount of time to sit at a drive thru window if one is eating on the run or otherwise pressed for time.
Second: I had to repeat myself twice at both the speaker and the window. I repeated myself at the window because the youthful fellow running it mixed up my order with the one behind me. When he realized that I have the " mobile order" I finally saw that they got it straight. That was the third time I had to verify that...yes Virginia, I DID place a mobile order.
Well: I've been searching for the best fast-food chicken sandwich, albeit not assiduously. Popeyes was okay but each one I visited was a lousy excuse for a dining experience. McDonald's is a joke all around. Chick Fil-A is too expensive for its size and they got rid of their great slaw. Next stop? I went to BK today to order food. When I got to the speaker they took my order fairy quickly. When I got to the window I was there for nearly 20 minutes!! During those 20 minutes not 1 person came up to the window to apologize for the delay. Not 1 person made eye contact. I even tried honking to ask them how much longer it would be. Honestly I do not mind waiting, what got me was the lack of customer service skills these people had. If they are running behind it's fine, but AT LEAST go to the customer and acknowledge them!!

Went here for a burger, I was very disappointed, very dry, didn't want to say anything not knowing what they might do to it before I got it back. Had to wait awhile, then we couldn't find a clean table . As we sat there someone walked in and started to yell at someone behind the counter. Though for awhile we were going to see a fight, can you imagine burger and a fight for one small price

I have been going to this BK location for over 4 years now. After today I will not be going back. For the last year this place has been going down hill. Today, several tables were dirty. The coke and Dr Pepper only had seltzer no syrup. The fries were not even warm, and were dried out, could not even eat them. The meat in the Whopper was not really warm either. How does this place stay in business??

Most of the workers are nice, but there is 1 manager that is totally rude and seems to be in a bad mood every time she waits on us and other people as well. We have given her several chances and she is always rude. Slams my coffee down on the counter. We always say thank you, have a great day and she does not answer us, just gives us a discussed look and walks away.

Had the most simple order, Whopper Jr with cheese, no lettuce or tomato. I received a regular sized whopper with just a patty and two sorry slices of tomato. What? How does that even happen? The order slip had it listed correct, and I was the only car in the drive thru. They didn't read off my order to confirm it and they never told me total not provided a receipt.

Had 2 people working in the morning but they seem to be handling it fine, only had to wait a minute for service. The guy that works in the back seemed cool & took my order, girl was busy doing other things, drive Thur I think. I had the Swiss egg biscuit With ice coffee. Hard benches to seat on, they look comfortable but hard. The benches & tables seemed sticky, not a dirty sticky but more like cleaning solutions sticky. I would be back, goOd music in the background & cold inside.

With the recent political ads regarding the company reducing cow/cattle flatulence, I decided to boycott any association with any store.
They cave in to political issues, going back as far as the 80's...
Reducing flatulence is just off the charts for me... a waste of money, and I would have a vote of no confidence with this company.
I can eat elsewhere, and never miss BK.

It's about done and threw it's absolutely positively over with a young lady who you have working on your team at E.Bay location by the name of ERIN, now I need to truly address this matter with corporate because Erin & another store General manager are tight like rice BEST FRIENDS, let's just say look at your cameras and watch ERINS performance it's extremely disgusting so bad for your store extremely extremely bad, not that this happens once it's been going on for a great long while now, I hear she's a transfer from another burger king for the exact same problems, it really drew a problem when I just called the store and all she said was hello, i know her tiny squeaky voice it's one of a kind. I says to her, excuse me why didn't you say Thankyou for calling Burger King, well let's also look at how Erin has an issue having company come in and she sits around for an hour at a table full of friends talking and this happens about twice a week on her General managers best friends clock and this General Manager best friend allows it to happen because they are Best Friends, also when customers come in Erin always has her back towards them until they say excuse me, excuse me, excuse me, excuse me and she gets upset taking their orders with a bad attitude & it leads to fussing, then she walks away and won't pack their orders she leaves it in her Best Friend General managers hands, if not the customer will sit their and will not be served , and that's not only to me it happens daily to most customers, read a few of these reviews their talking about Erin & it happens tomuch on her clock wether or not the General manager best friend is with or without her, I will see Erin hiding on the side most of her time on her phone until someone else addresses it to her, Erin is constantly on her phone hiding on the side of the entrance door to the kitchen, the staff is angry their doing her job. this young lady is the smallest height and thinnest employee with alot of under eyeliner & short a & very thin, this young lady is shameful and has no communication to bring to the customers, she's in presentable as well very guilty coming to work most days. she also never smiles and gets a very awful attitude with customers and slams things, I know this for sure because I'm constantly a regular in your store, I think maybe she needs seek mental health counseling because at this time she shows alot of anger and it's not good at all for this store, some of her staff are fed up working with both girls together, and now ERIN has boyfriend on their click aswell, its time these employees are fired or separated on click or transferred out to different locations due to their neglect to the employees & customers, one day I heard Erin & a The Best friend General manager with the black hair call their staff Ghetto Fcks & maybe because the whole staff was african but yes I positively heard those words and it was because they asked the two girls to stop B,shitting & sitting in corners talking laughing and to get to work, one thing I did notice is when the Best Friend General manager with the black hair is on duty Erin and the general manager best friend don't tend to work very much at all but when they see the big guys from burger king Coorperate walk in they act as if their top notch staff and in reality they are running in and out of the Burger King together and they also leave on the same timing when their clocking out. Now the worse thing a company can have is a boyfriend in the same store or on the same schedule & a General manager best friend to cool with another employee because it will cause employee distractions and it's time corporate comes in and address these two ladies & boyfriend issues because its neglecting some employees & customers with negative actions, if you ask me Erin should absolutely positively be fired or transfere to another location again, truth be told we don't want her service anymore. this location is losing their constant customers only due to her behavior and performance. s
these two ladies spoke with someone I knew and said their gonna get the African American lady fired, they don't like working with a leader, its time cooperate needs to replace the staff asmuch as possible because now vigilant acts are coming from these two ladies..Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0
