Burger King

I take greyhound regularly and we pass through here. One time the worker dropped the straw mixer thing used to make some drink on the floor and put it back into machine. Nuff said.

It's a small fast food restaurant in a small truckstop.
It's all you could expect.

If there was a way to put zero stars that would be the rating. The service here is absolute unacceptable and unorganized. There are young adults who are rude and disrespectful to both customers and staff members. There is a blonde girl there which always curses and tells customers "its not her problem " if a customer changes their mind. Is that would good customer service is? I mean come on now. She also likes to use racial slurs and threats towards other staff members, which the labor board is now aware of. Do not eat here! They are unsanitary, unprofessional, and unorganized. And the head manager yells at employees with unreasonable cause.

Disgusting. I ordered a spicy chicken and it came with equal parts mayo to oil to chicken... absolutely messy and disgusting to even consider eating. Threw it away. Buns were sopping with oil.

EW! The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting and without TP.

The service was horribly slow, and disorganized. The staff didn't seem to know what they were doing.

The prices were $3-4 more than that of other Burger Kings.

We clearly ordered a spicy ch-king sandwich. The receipt said spicy. The sandwich wrapper said spicy. The sandwich received was a regular ch-king.

Find another stop on your trip.

Mozzerella cheese was yellow. It's what you expect out of a truck stop fast food place. Disorganized, lady at the counter didn't care about customer service. Bland in general, nothing good really stands out

my husband went through the drive in. we were charged full price and didn't realize my grandson did not get his burger until we were on the highway. I immediately called for a refund and was told their system doesn't do refunds. called the following day and the manager said they can't process refunds but she would mail me vouchers to replace the food we had paid for and not received. several weeks and we still have no vouchers. i don't believe the manager can't issue a credit back on our card. she was given the opportunity to make it right before this was posted, however her promises meant nothing.

Never have I met someone in management call a customer an F-ing A-hole, all because they messed the order up. Absolutely ridiculous and rude. And on top of it threatened to ban me all because they messed up and I wanted to order corrected. This person should be fired for they way she spoke to me

This is the worst place ever if you are hungry and driving by this place do it stop. They give me a cold chicken sandwich with bunch of sauce everywhere all sloppy.

On a tour bus and the driver stopped here to let people grab a quick bite and go to the bathroom. Most disgusting place I have walked into in years. Toilets filled with toilet paper and out of order. Toilet paper on the floor and dirty everywhere in bathroom and dining area. The customers are that out of control on a Sunday night? The workers cannot keep anything clean? Would never stop here again. Everyone on the bus was grossed out.

Stopped by here on the way to Syracuse to grab a quick bite.

The staff mostly seemed like they were done with this job but were decently quick to pump out orders.
The washroom, on the other hand, was horribly messy and had a really foul smell. I came in right after a janitor left and it was still in this state of chaos.

I ordered a large fries, cheeseburger, and 20 piece spicy nuggets. The food tasted fine, but I was given 10 piece nuggets instead of 20--I only realized after we left. The staff even looked in the bag to confirm what was inside before calling out my full order to give it to me, so I'm not sure how this was missed.
