Food was terrible. Specifically chicken sandwich was over fried, tough, dry. My salad had less than an oz of chicken on it. They were out of napkins. Had to ask for salad dressing and silverware. Waited at table well over an hour for food. Server was mostly non-existent. Do not recommend.

We decided to give BWW a try this Sunday to see if the reviews I had read were true and if there was any improvement since my last visit. Well I'm sadly reporting that the low reviews are in fact true. The food was great! Cooked fresh and brought out rather quick so kudos to the kitchen staff. Service however was a much different experience.
Our server was named Lisa. At first she seemed attentive and outstanding. After taking our drink and food orders we only saw her when she brought my entree out to me. After that we didn't see her again except as she passed our table. When I needed a refill she was nowhere to be found. Another server had to refill my glass. Lisa was to busy sitting down and conversing with another patron. Completely ignoring us and her other patrons. Pretty crappy to be honest. She walked by our table on 3 separate occasions all the while my glass was plainly visible and empty.
I guess customer service isn't a top priority or maybe it's just the customers the "servers" are personally acquainted with. Either way it's pretty shitty for the amount we pay to eat at these restaurants with servers. So if you guys choose this restaurant, be forewarned if you get seated in Lisa's section, don't expect top notch service.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Aug 1, 2022Previous reviewIf I could give this place ZERO stars I would. Came here tonight 8/1to have dinner. We sat down, orders our drinks and then ordered our meal. We both chose the sampler platter because we didn't want just one item. Server took our orders, and we waited.
After approximately 15 minutes give or take, our server came back to the table and informed us "we don't have enough onion rings to do your platters. Would you like to substitute something else? We have wedges, fried pickles, cheese curds?" I told her "fried pickles." She "ok and went to update my order. She then came back and said "my manager said we couldn't substitute fried pickles for onion rings. Would you like something else?" My reply was, "no that's ok. Just cancel my order and we will pay for the drinks."
I don't understand what the big deal was substituting fried pickles for onion rings. The establishment has really gone down hill with their quality both in food and service. Sorry B-Dubs, you just lost another customer.Jan 8, 2022Previous reviewIf I could leave no stars I would. Came to B Dubs this afternoon Saturday January 8. Had to seat ourselves (ok, not a problem.) Server named Makhaia came and took our drink and appetizer order. Good start right, yeah not so much. She proceeds to tell us that "we're out of burgers so that's off the table." So the wife orders a Buffalo Chicken Wrap with sauce on the side and fries. I order to 10 traditional wings with fries. Server disappears to put our order in. Appetizers come out pretty promptly but are brought by another server. Another 10 minutes or so go by and my wife gets her meal. Again brought out by another server. My order is nowhere to be found. So I flag down our server and ask. She processed to tell me "let me go check on your order." She comes back and proceeds to tell me "I'm sorry that's my bad. I forgot to tell you that the food is prepared to order and yours should be out in the next few minutes but the food comes out staggered." You would think that since our orders were placed at the same time and on the same ticket that they'd be brought to our table at the same time. Nope, didn't happen.
My wife notices that another server has a plate of wings and fries she has brought to another table. Everyone at the table shook their heads in a decisively "no" indicating that they didn't order wings. What does the server do, she sets the food down and promptly walks away.
Could these have been the wings I ordered, who knows. After waiting between 20-30 minutes our server brings my wings and fries to our table. Fries are hot. Wings....not so much. The wings were "lukewarm" at best which tells me that my wings have been sitting out for quite awhile waiting. I ate the wings but this was my last time visiting this B Dubs location.
I understand that the food service industry is being hit particularly hard with staffing issues but come on, bringing someone lukewarm wings that have been sitting out waiting is too much. I'm sorry but with the amount of serving staff I saw simply standing around gossiping, there was absolutely no reason why I was served lukewarm wings. Whoever the general manager is and shift leaders are need to seriously reevaluate their customer satisfaction level because this visit earns an F.
B Dubs come on now, you can do better than this!May 17, 2021Previous reviewOrdered from this location last night via Door Dash. We ordered the 20 Boneless and 20 Traditional bundle with fries. Also ordered the fried pickles and a slice of cheesecake. Door Dash had the food to us within 40 minutes. My complaint is with Buffalo Wild Wings itself. My wings were not seasoned properly nor was my wife's. The wings were mildly warm. The pickles were cool and not hot or crispy like they should have been. The fries were cold and to top it off they completely left off the cheesecake that we ordered. How hard is it to read a friggin' receipt and complete an order to go. Because they seal the bag the Dasher couldn't be certain that they picked up the entire order. I won't be using Door Dash for this restaurant again as this is the second time they have screwed up my order. I'll be going in and getting my own order next time that way I can see it they got everything. Pretty ridiculous I think.
Oct 20, 2014Previous reviewFor the most part I've enjoyed my visits to Buffalo Wild Wings. Environment isn't bad except on game day and that's when the obnoxious dunks pile into the place but they usually congregate around the bar. Wings were great, a little heavy on the sauce but we're freshly prepared. Wife ordered a hamburger and absolutely loved it. Kids had a blast. My only complaint about Buffalo Wild Wings is their "No Firearms Allowed" policy. That may be something they want to revise in the future but I'll leave that up to them to do. Until then, I'll leave my weapon in the truck and hope no one comes in to hurt anyone.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Even willing to do a special order for my mom. ER was manager on duty... Whitney was working the bar who went out of her way to find out the answer.... Ordered the Street tacos, told ER to make it however... Tasted awesome!!!

We normally look for non chain restaurants but we decided wings from BWW would be a good choice. Our server, Tray, greeted us with enthusiasm and suggested a seasonal beer. I tasted it and he was spot on! We ordered cheese curds for an appetizer and they were delicious. Parmesan garlic and bourbon bbq were both really good! Lots going on that night with trivia and base on TVs. Good crowd but Tray kept his eye on us to make sure we didn't lack for anything.

One hour waiting for food after ordering. Tables are not being cleared and waiting 20 minutes for a drink refill. People next to me left without paying because they could not find a server for a very long time. Restrooms overflowing with trash.

visit this location during the day it was not busy. we were taken to our table in about 3-5 min. I was excited to visit the location. Baylee was our waitress she came and took our order in an appropriate time. We ordered onion rings and 10 piece bone in with two beers. We got our beers and onion rings I wanted an extra onion ring sauce but never got it. our beers were empty and waited like 3min before I started my timer on my phone it took 8 min before I could order a new round. still waiting for our order to come out at 17 min we got our food with no napkins or forks and the food order was wrong and cold. it's 30 min later and still have not received our second round of drinks. Finally 34 min later the waitress comes we ask her to take the food off and get our ticket. She takes our food plate back and comes back with the drinks then said she was waiting for approval. she comes back with the ticket and only removes 10.00 from the original order which was 13.00 and a up charge for sauce of .60. on the receipt she put customer didn't like food. she lied we asked to speak to a manager and to correct the ticket. She said she could not do it. We were there for over a hour and half and were not able to eat dinner. Frustrating and had to pay for food that we didn't get to eat. Rip off!!! It was a waste of time.

I ordered an order of honey BBQ bird dawgs with salt and vinegar fries with a NY cheese cake. I ordered this, ironically, without BBQ sauce but instead it seems as if they didn't put any sauces on it and therefore the dawgs were dry, and tasteless due to lack of toppings being so scarce. The fries were cold and tasted stale. The carrots weren't hand cut like BWW usually serves them.The cheesecake, coming from an east coaster, was no where near as good as the cheesecakes I've had in the past, from the most commercial places like Cheesecake factory. It was fun to try to bird dawgs but I won't be ordering them ever again.

If SHANIIYA IS YOUR SERVER REQUEST A NEW ONE!!! If it wasn't for Kei-Kei and Marilyn I would have gave this location a one star but they was extremely nice and had great customer service. I'm in from Chicago for the weekend and wanted some late night food. As soon as we (one other person) sat down we saw "Niiya" at the bar asking what are we doing here in disgust. Her name was on my recipe as the server but she refused to serve us for no other reason besides us coming in an hour before closing. She made us so uncomfortable the other person with me didn't want to place an order. Her attitude was extremely nasty towards us and another party that walked in after us. Again Kei-Kei and Marilyn did what they can to make our experience better. I really hope management take care of this so no one else would feel how we felt.

Was my 1st time stopping in, but sure won't be a 2nt time.
Was uncomfortable the whole time we was there. They had these people a couple seat from us that kept looking over us like,"can we eat in peace please?" And the person that served us seem like she didn't wanna serve us. She gave us our bill before we was even finish with our drinks. What happen to "would you like anything else?" I sure was about to order more stuffs but she sure made me change my mind.
