Do not use these people. They gave us the wrong color drapes and did not exchange them.
The guy stopped answering my calls. Ridiculous

Very professional ownership, sales, and install team. We added new windows a few years ago and my wife had been pushing for shutters too. I was unconvinced until I saw them installed. They truly look amazing and have made a major difference in the appearance of my office and living room. We decided to just do a few windows at a time because of the cost.

We recently had a second install for a large three panel window in our kitchen and there was an issue during the install when the measurement was slightly off. Something that rarely if ever happens. They expedited new shutters in a third of the time and offered a reduced price because of the inconvenience. The fact that they responded so quickly reflects how seriously they consider customer support. It meant a lot.

Lastly, the install team is very professional, clean, and fast. I tend to slow things down because I always talk to the guys and ask questions. Looking forward to having them back to finish three more bedroom windows.

What a great experience! Plantation shutters are gorgeous. They were always responsive and polite. Installation was quick and very efficient, and the installer walked through each window afterwards to make sure it met my expectations. I highly recommend this company for any window treatments.

I was asked via email by this company to review them. I wouldn't have thought to do so. I used them with a Groupon a long time ago. I found the rep they sent to be unfriendly and judgemental. Their pricing, especially with a Groupon, were not a lower "budget" cost. The measurements and quality are fine, but I would not choose to use this company again. Infact, I've since replaced several more blinds in my home and didn't even consider them as an option.

I ordered some plantation shutters for my upstairs. The guy who came out was pleasant to work with, helped me on finding the right look for my place. The only reason why I didn't give a perfect 5 is because the timing to get the shutters, 6-8 weeks. I will write another review once I get the shutters, but good so far.

Budget blinds replaced three sets of blinds in our house with gorgeous custom shutters. We could not be happier!! They look amazing and the folks that came to do the install were fast, professional, and friendly. There was an 8-week lead time due to the fact that these were a custom order to uniquely shaped/sized windows, but it was worth the wait. We will definitely be investing in more shutters to replace the blinds in our bedroom from Budget Blinds.
