Box Elder Vet Clinic

Zero customer service. Been there 3 times and they are so unfriendly and rude. Parking is terrible.

I was hesitant finding a new vet after 22 years in a prior city. My 14 1/2 year old pup was having some issues. Dr. Ahrendt and his staff were kind, friendly, empathetic, sincerely concerned and knowledgeable; I quickly felt more at ease. Dr. Ahrendt carefully devised a thorough treatment plan and explained it to me it great detail. They took their time and I truly was impressed with the first-rate care we received (also the cleanliness and privacy). My little "girl" is recovering from her procedure and is doing great! Thank you everyone at Box Elder Vet Clinic I appreciate you more than you can know.

Love this wonderful vet! We are staying here a couple of months and needed some help with an infection for my girl dog. Helpful explained everything and treated her quickly. Then asked about rattlesnake vaccine and they gave my boy one and will be back for girl when her infection clears. They are amazingly reasonable.

Same day appt for vaccines. No wait. They knew who I was when I walked in. Outstanding customer service. Dr Dustin did a through exam on my dog and went over her age and weight. Explained everything. I was very impressed with the service for the price. I think he did a better job than the vet my dog has in NC. And I got this certificate of vaccine paper for my dog.

I have to give a HUGE THANK YOU to "The Box Elder Vet Clinic". I can not tell you how Amazing they are. They are GREAT supporters of "The Charm Farm". Every time we have needed them they have dropped everything and rushed to the farm at a drop of a dime or rushed us right in. THANK YOU SO MUCH. You guys are truly amazing.

Dr. Ahrendt has helped us with our cats in the past at another clinic. He definitely knows what he is doing and shows compassion towards animals and their people. I am so happy that this clinic is open now because it is less than 1 minute from my house. Pricing is also very reasonable compared to my previous vet. Highly recommended.

Brought my cat in for urgent care, despite being busy they fit him in. He is doing so much better! Excellent vet, prob the best in the area. Highly recommend!
