Good carbs, bad carbs, I don't really care. It's located by the clock tower in Venetian and thought it would be perfect to grab a light breakfast from here.
They have many delicious pastries and drinks to choose from. The line was long at first but went by quickly with how fast the employees were attending to everyone's order. The best part of service is also keeping in mind about time and not making customers wait too long which I found to be a great at Bouchon bakery because they were fast.
My husband and I both ordered iced coffee which was good both times we came here. Tasted like regular iced coffee and had milk, cream, sugar on the side for you to add your own preferred amount. As for the pastries, we ordered the strawberry danish, chocolate almond croissant, almond croissant and fachiche. Seriously all of these pastries were so good that with every bite I didn't know if I should feel guilty or happy.
The almond croissant and strawberry danish were my top favorites. I've never tried strawberry danish and now it's one of my favorites thanks to Bouchon. My husband loved the almond croissant and barely shared with me which shows how delicious it was.
This bakery is convenient, delicious, and not too pricey so do check this place out.Helpful 12Thanks 0Love this 9Oh no 0 - Mar 2, 20241 check-in
Pretty decent selection. To get here, inside the Venetian Casino floor, follow signs to "Venetian Theatre." It is behind the escalators in front of the Theatre.
The service is reliable and quick. The coffee here is excellent (had a black Americano); the chia is excellent; fresh fruit perfect; pastries out of this world (all superb); and the breakfast ham, egg & cheese sandwich is excellent.Helpful 5Thanks 1Love this 3Oh no 2 - 50017371350Mar 30, 20241 check-in
Having been to the original location, I was excited when I learned that there was a bouchon bakery in Las Vegas. For breakfast one morning, my husband and I came over to the Venetian hotel and scoped it out. We accidentally ended up at the Buchan restaurant, which is more of a sit down style place when all we really wanted was a cup of coffee and a few pastries.
Once we found ourselves in the right spot, we placed our order for a variety of breakfast items, such as an almond croissant, their quiche, and a ham and cheese croissant.
I was slightly disappointed that there was nowhere to sit, and this is simply a takeout-only location. Their selection is also significantly smaller than what the original bakery location offers. But all in all, it hit the spot and who can resist TKO cookie?Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 1 - Feb 28, 2024
Been to this location twice and was going to leave a decent review. That is until I got food poisoning from here. How do I know it was here? It's because this was the only place I ate before the food poisoning kicked in about 4 hours later. Completely ruined the rest of my trip and made for a hellish flight back home the next day.
It was likely the ham and cheese baguette as my wife only had a small bite and was fine.
Be careful when eating at this location and stick to pastries. Don't make the same mistake I did.
Terrible experience.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 1 - Feb 19, 20241 check-in
Under the stairs going up to the 2nd floor, next to Juice Farm and the Venetian Tower Guest Suite elevators. In front of the Venetian Theatre.
Look for the line early in the morning, but moves relatively quick.
Good selection of pastries. I had the oatmeal cookie $4.25 ....love oatmeal cookies... not bad...but nothing really to write home about. Just a bit of chew in the cookie.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Jan 15, 2024
We struggled to find this bakery, since it's tucked away, so follow signs to the Theater. There was a long line, but it moved fast. It's clearly a tourist trap, but hey, we were tourists and wanted to try it too.
The display case looks amazing. We tried a few things - almond croissant, cheese danish, pistachio macaron. They are a little pricey, but about what you expect for the location. The macarons are a little over $5, but they are huge. They sell 3 smaller ones in a cute box for $11. There isn't seating, so we walked with our large bag and found some seats in another section of the Venetian.
Almond croissant 4/5
Cheese danish 3/5
Pistachio macaron 4/5
The croissant had nice flavor, but the texture wasn't quite perfect. The danish had too much filling, which overpowered the pastry. My daughter loved the macaron and it had nice pistachio flavor. I thought it was pretty good, just not "famous" good. I'm sure these are all spectacular, when they are fresh, but giving the mass production, just good.Helpful 1Thanks 1Love this 0Oh no 1 - Nov 27, 2023
On the way out, I stopped at Bouchon Bakery. Can't go wrong when it comes to desserts. Grabbed a slice of their quiche, bf got a sammich, two coffees, one nutter butter, one everything bagel, and a cream puff.
Always a great way to start your morning.Helpful 9Thanks 1Love this 6Oh no 0 - Feb 15, 20241 check-in
Don't know why the over-hyped reviews... No way it's hands down the best bakery bah bah bah. Don't believe it and this is coming from a my experience visiting Paris France.
It's ok nothing to complain about but expect to pay The Strip like prices.
For example the macaroons was ok decently executed but really lacking any distinct flavor. The pistachio flavor could barely taste a hint... If didn't see the green color honestly I wouldn't have guessed the flavor.
Pare your expectations.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 5Oh no 2 - Mar 9, 20242 check-ins
This is a must go to, literally every single day I stay at the Venetian. There's always a long line, but worth the wait. The pastries are fantastic. The holy grail though is the kouign amann. And it really is worth the daily weight gain! It's flaky and buttery like a croissant, but the outside has a crust of melted sugar giving it a nice crispy, sweet and chewy texture. It's just a perfect combination and there's nothing like it. Try it and you'll be hooked! The cheese Danish is also insane. Not only is there a huge cream cheese dollop on top, but it goes alllllll the way through the pastry. Holy lord, it's a religious experience. Pair these with a good cup of Illy coffee and your mouth will thank you.
