I found Bonnie while searching for a relator who specialized in VA loans since my husband is prior service Air Force. While we didn't end up using a VA loan after all, we are so thankful to have found Bonnie to be our relator. Bonnie ultimately helped us purchase our first home in Lake San Marcos. We knew we had limited options to begin with in a very aggressive seller's market and the max. purchase price we were working with made our options for buying a home seem almost non-existstent. Luckily, we were able to find a awesome 3 bedroom condo that was walking distance from beautiful Lake San Marcos the first weekend we went out looking at listings with Bonnie. The condo needed some renovating, but we knew we could make it work for our budget, in fact it almost seemed like a steal for the current market. Bonnie wrote up and submitted a very thoughtful and personalized offer letter on our behalf in order help our offer stand out more than others. We knew it was a long shot in a very competitive market, but it worked! The seller accepted our offer and we were over the moon with excitement! But then the appraisal....didn't go quite as planned, coming in a large amount under the purchase price, which was to all parties surprise. We were devastated. Just when we thought our deal was about to fall apart, Bonnie offered to challenge the appraisal. She prepared a professional challenge letter providing much more relevant comps than the appraiser had used. Unfortunately, the appraiser did not budge a single dollar on his report. At this point we again thought our deal was definitely over, but Bonnie said "not yet!" and came up with a new deal to offer the seller that still worked for us and hopefully would for the seller too. She kept fighting for our deal and never gave up no matter what new hurdle came along. By some miracle the seller accepted our new offer and we just closed on the condo last week! We could not have done it without Bonnie!

Bonnie is a seasoned real estate professional, she is knowledgeable and easy to communicate with, hardworking, genuine, and compassionate to her clients and their needs. While we know that Bonnie is a very busy real estate broker, she always made us feel like were we her number one priority which was so comforting. Bonnie was great to work with and we absolutely recommend her if you are looking for a wonderful realtor.

Amazing! She's so great she knew what I wanted and found a house day 3 of looking, the 9th house we looked at. Bonnie did beyond what a real estate would do for us.
