Bojangles

There wasn't a lot of food choices in the area so we decided to go here.
It was a lackluster visit at best. Ok food, ok service, in a ok restaurant.
It served its purpose by taking my hunger away, but not much else.

I was skeptical of stopping by here due to the reviews. But I was in the area and we do not have Bojangles in Houston so I took a chance. My supreme combo was fresh and delicious. The chicken strips and fries were perfect. I usually don't eat the biscuit but today I did. Everything was good! I'm glad I took a chance. My entire order was correct as well, no issues.

Food is fine, don't always have biscuits when the open in the morning when u go by really early

When we arrived there was so much chaos behind the counter. Looked as if there were way too many employees getting in each others way. I could have given them plenty of work to do if they just asked. The tables in the dining area all needed to be cleaned and sanitized. The girl taking our order inside didn't even know that they offered chicken sandwiches.
Not impressed with Bojangels at all.

Stopped at the one on Mike Padgett highway the other day. I guess they were slow because my chicken was so dried out I hardly could eat it

Stopped in as we were passing through. The employees were boisterous and loud, which was a little off putting. The food was okay, and the dining area was mostly clean.
Nothing noteworthy to mention. I probably won't be in the area again, but if I am, I'd eat somewhere else.

This Bojangles is the absolute worse restaurant I've ever been to . The person talking my order was laughing with other workers the entire time I was ordering in the drive thru line . I had $20 worth of breakfast to order and I had to repeat each item 3 times or more ! She kept interupting me so it was grueling ! Then after I paid they told me they were out of bacon and had to cook sweet potato pies . So I had to pull up
And wait for pies while they cooked and my $20 order of bisquits , bo rounds and gravy bisquits got cold ! Even worse than all that , the employees had snickering laughs on their faces ! Aweful
Will never return !

Horrible service. I ordered ahead on their app, which told me my food would be ready in 6 minutes and to go through the drive thru. It took me 12 minutes to get there. When I got there, I was informed that I would have to come inside to get my food. What was the point of using the app then??? I go inside, expecting my food to be ready and waiting at the counter for pick up, after passing a huge sign on the store advertising the app (Use the app, skip the line!). I go to it, and the food has not even been prepared yet. They have to ask me what I ordered. SO WHAT IS THE POINT??? I might as well have just not ordered ahead, and gone through the drive thru, at least then I wouldn't have had to get out of my car. So, if you want Bojangles, ignore the app. Or, better yet, if you want food at all, go somewhere else.

Fries - dried up, hard, overly salted

Staff - Lack of care of the customers, lousy quality control of the food

Will I return? NOT IF IT WERE THE LAST RESTAURANT ON EARTH!!!

Worst service I've ever had. Prepare to wait over twenty minutes if you want your food during breakfast hours.
