      If I could give a negative to this business I would. I attempted to purchase furniture back in September from Bob's Furniture. The furniture came in damaged and I returned it. I was told that they would reship the furniture and would give me an extra service by inspecting the furniture next time. I can't imagine how this is an extra service. I declined and requested a refund. I have been working on trying to get a refund for the past few months. I was told that they were unable to credit my credit card. Then I was told that a check would be issued. I find out today that instead of sending a check they issued a store credit. I would NEVER step into Bob's Furniture again. Now I'm being told that I have to respond from to their emal and request a refund. I get an email that is just a receipt of the purchase with no way to request the refund.

      Great selection of furniture. I walked in looking for a recliner and was approached by an sales woman immediately which was great. She took me right over to where the recliners were located. She was very knowledgeable on the recliners and ended up selling me a gorgeous and the most comfortable electric recliner I've ever owned. Thank you for making me feel like someone important and not just someone who wanted to spend money.

      This place is a joke! Bought plenty of furniture over the years and now that I need to use my goof proof they say it's not covered! Why do they sell this bogus scam of insurance!?
      The furniture stared peeling 2 years in for no reason, the seems are ripping , and the leg fell off. Will never give this place my business again !!!!!!!!!!!!!
      Bob should be ashamed at selling this crap !

      Why do I have to give them even 1 star? Over the past 5 yrs. I am that customer that has been dumb enough to spend north of 5K with this brand. I deeply regret this decision, and hope that you may learn from my mistakes.

      Long story short: Made a purchase on 7/24/2020! For the attached, $2223.98. Paid for both "good protection" and "white glove" delivery service.

      Furniture wasn't delivered until October 2020 due to the pandemic. Ok, nbd. Except, never put together correctly - huge deal. Specifically an Elements Queen Bed, which requires proper assembly as a safety matter so one doesn't fall through. I literally fought this company over the phone for months! Getting nothing but the run around in return with the promise that "parts would arrive" and that once they did, I was to call for "assembly" while dealing with parts all over, scattered in my bedroom after spending this kind of money. Being told I would be "compensated" once my order was marked as completed.

      It wasn't until I came into this store in person and got into the face of a manager, and threatened small claims litigation via my communications to them in writing that they decide to do what was right and re-issue an entire new set so that my furniture would thus be assembled correctly.

      Let me put it this way folks, this company operates with 0 ethical standards. It isn't until their hands are held to the fire, that they feel they then need to do the correct thing. They have the nerve to send you a survey after too? Still waiting for my "compensation," to take effect. Something tells me, it will never happen and similarly, I will never set foot in another one of these again and if you were smart, you would not either. Best!

      Frauds!

      Update - they replace the broken table. We finally received a replacement for the broken chair, via fedex after a month. The $300 white glove fee is no longer applicable since we "used it twice." The shipment was also damaged, and they said to file a Fedex damage claim.

      Update - 3 uses and screws fell out of the the broken chair; found by crawling 10 month daughter. Bobs "wonderful" customer service offered a replacement chair that I get via fedex to put together since I've "used up my white glove service and delivery" that I paid $300 for already.

      They processed the wrong dining room table set order, which we didn't know due to a two month wait. When the "corrected" rush order shipment was sent in a week after, the delivery team broke the table in three places. The chair was also broken and needs replacement or fixing. When we then called for assistance the replacement for that was another two weeks.

      Don't bother with them, even for the price. A simple correct order an the utility purchase would have been done in a week; instead the processes took THREE months.

      Very dissatisfied with customer service online and at the store. Lack of communication during a scheduled mattress delivery, which did not get delivered at all, wasted our time and will cause another day off of work to accommodate rescheduled delivery. All responses are automated and it was impossible to contact a real person until several hours after the delivery was scheduled. We went to the store to discuss this with a manager, who also was very unhelpful.
      We will not be doing business with Bob's again and advise others to stay away also.

      Do NOT get furniture from here. Long story short. The sales people were amazing after that I have dealt with a solute b.s!!!
      Guts came and put together my bedroom set.. broke my t.v and hid it, ran out the door before I looked at everything. My husband and I go down and deal with the t.v situation. We go home and attempt to go to bed and the bed falls to the ground. Thank GOODNESS my cat who normally sleeps under my bed wasn't under there.
      Then we go to put clothes away the drawers aren't put in correctly and there's gaps and dents in the furniture. I wait on hold for 25 mins and then when the guys told me that in his records they are sending me a check and I said "yeah for the t.v what are you going to do about everything else?! Seeing as I paid for white glove delivery AND the insurance?!?!" He studdered his way through a ridiculous answer I couldn't even understand so I said "honestly I'm so frustrated you guys can come get the stuff I purchased and give me back my almost 6k!"
      He HUNG UP on me...

      Buyer beware. I bought my couches when I was pregnant for my son. Bob's was the only store I could find that would deliver furniture before my son was due so unfortunately this was the place I decided to go. Not even a year later, my couches are falling apart and I already need new ones. The main couch is completely sunken in and another piece of furniture has opened at the seam and long staples are now exposed. The staples are extremely dangerous and have injured my son while crawling. INJURED MY CHILD. Their goof proof policy is a joke and will not come and fix the poor quality of furniture I insured from them. The salesperson at the time promised that if for any reason my furniture was damaged or faulty the good proof purchased would cover it. This company should be shut down. DO NOT BUY.

      Do not EVER order from them- they delivered my mattress to my neighbors house because they showed up before the delivery window- I called them to tell them to NOT to leave it with my neighbors and to WAIT for someone to get to my house. What did they do?? THEY LEFT. Then they lied on the delivery report and said that I AGREED to having it delivered to my neighbor the delivery driver then turned his phone off so no one could contact him!! I'm without words. They were supposed to deliver the mattress to my bedroom and remove the old one because I paid for their "white glove" service. It was more like dirty mud stained glove service. NEVER AGAIN

      Though the staff are amazing, the furniture is not. We bought a $2,000 sectional and within a few months the chaise had an issue. The wood piece between each cushion is all you feel (and can see). We purchased the Goof Proof coverage and initially they were not willing to replace it. I fought for quite a while (even to just get someone to contact me back) and they finally replaced it. The new chaise has the same issue. We have a couple other accidental marking on the other pieces and I am told its not covered. In reviewing the goof proof contract all of the items fall under what is covered.

      I am so all set. I will never purchase anther piece of furniture from Bob's.
