Bob Evans

I ordered Bob Evans online for pickup after my parents' doctors appointments. This location was close to their doctors office. Ordering and paying online was fast and easy. I was able to enter the time I wanted to pickup.

I ordered the biscuits and sausage gravy, which is my favorite breakfast item at Bob Evans. I arrived and went inside the takeout door. I only waited a few minutes for our food. We took it home to eat.

The biscuit was light and fluffy and the sausage gravy was delicious. Thanks Bob Evans, for making my morning!

Ingested, devoured, consumed, gulped down, wolfed, polished off, finished, gobbled up, chowed down, feasted upon, scarfed, munched, noshed, mowed through, downed, gorged, demolished, digested, ravished, wolfed down, slurped, crunched, masticated, gobbled, cleared the plate. Waitress was a W.

This place needs to be closed. Bad food, bad service, and generally unclean! Had the two piece chicken breast and it was chewy inside and over done on the outside. Wait staff was slow and blamed management for letting everyone go that day. Rolls came out after we were nearly done. Drinks and refills were wrong. Ambiance was mediocre at best!

I asked for a to go box. What does she do? She grabs my plate and takes it. She comes back with a box. I said, I wanted to take my food home. Oh you should have said something. I did. I am livid. It's been a bad day and now I'm just in a worse mood.

With the understanding this restaurant is short-staffed and having difficulties hiring qualified employees, it is the job of a manager to make sure the employees he/she does have be taught the proper cleaning methods of the dining area. This is unacceptable.

So I always order online, and usually, there's some coupon code, but lately, there's nothing, and every time I place an order, there's an issue. I ordered a family breakfast with pancakes and added family biscuits with gravy. I'm out of pocket $50 for almost every order, and I always set high expectations for this location. Today I asked for plates to go, and the person at the counter couldn't find them. She said, " They are always moving stuff." She did ask if I wanted styrofoam, and I denied them and left. She then ran outside as I walked to my car and gave me the plates they found. When I got home, as usual, the eggs were overcooked, and the serving was low for 4-6 people. This time I added cheese, and you can see in the picture added what it looked like. I also had to add more eggs to the ones I ordered to make up for the small portion.

My wife drove 20 min to get there. We ordered salads for dinner. No dressings came with either one. The wildfire dressing is only reason we ordered. All the extra things we asked for weren't in there. The soups had no extras either. The lady taking the order on the phone acted as if I was taking up her time!

Thanksgiving Day ordered the turkey and ham dinner, was one slice of ham on the menu it showed two, it showed a nice pile of 4 slices of turkey I got two very think looked like lunch meat turkey. The pie was good and so were the rolls but they were extra small not like you usually get at Bob Evans. No not happy I wanted turkey. Should have gone ahead and baked mine, the stuffing was good too but let's face it it's all about the turkey.

We sat at our table for an hour and never got our drink orders taken. This was the third and final straw for our family. With COVID they're operating with 50% table capacity. The waitress made several passes to our table on the end of the room and never even acknowledged us sitting there. 10 out of 10 don't recommend this place. Service is pitiful.

Pathetic as usual, ordered food told 30 min arrived still had to wait, not ready, ordered banana bread on line not Avalible even though you can order it on line. Numerous other patrons waiting on biscuits and stuff for "To Go Orders" I Hate getting anything from there but not a lot of other choices in my area.
