Rian E.Camden, AR16119224Jun 18, 2020We have been using this taxi service for many years while in town on vacation. They have always been nice and their price has been $5 to get in and $2 a mile. BEWARE , today it cost us $50 to go 11 miles! When he arrived ( in an unmarked vehicle) he didn't tell us the price was going to be double and he didn't even have a meter in the vehicle! We asked about the price that was stated on their Facebook vs what we were being charged and he said that "she" charges different for rides to casinos. We used lyft on the way home and it was $21. We will never use this taxi service again and i advise you do not either.

Hey I am the owner of blue eyes and I apologize for your experience , I would like to correct this issue can u please tell me your address where you was picked up from so I can find out why it was that price ! I have hired new people and may be I need to teach them how to add and subtract so if you can contact me I would love to reimburse you ! I’m like ever one else trying to find good workers so obviously I need to re train on prices again I apologize and if I can change your mine 2286690524

We had a right time frame to work with and had to be at her surprise party by 3:15, we arrived on the minute - literally! Shawntel went above and beyond to plan stops for our trip, knew the area well and picked fun spots for us to visit. She was on time for pickup, communicated thoroughly and clearly throughout the process, and even ran to pick up some flowers for me to have in the limo beforehand! The limo was extremely clean, and Shawntel is a very safe driver. If you want someone to go above and beyond for you, Shawntel is the best of the best! I am trying to plan my next trip already to Bay St Louis and will absolutely hire Blue Eyes!
