I wanted to order a flower arrangement to be sent to my sister recently and found Blossom Flowers online. The website looked very professional and so I chose an arrangement, called Blushing Blooms which was very spring-like and the cost with delivery and tax came to $75.00. The arrangement included lovely multicolored pink hydrangea with baby spray roses in varying shades of pink and leafy greens .
However, the arrangement that was delivered was a very uninteresting bunch of white hydrangea with red roses sticking up out of them at varying intervals. Nothing spring-like about it.
I immediately called and spoke to a person at the shop named Michelle and sent her the two photos, which could not have been more different, and she said that those pictured were a special form of hydrangea and they were not in season. Also, they didn't have the pink spray roses in stock that day. When I told her that they should not have advertised that specific arrangement if they couldn't get the flowers, she said she'd get back to me about some kind of resolution after speaking with the owner.
It's been several weeks now and I have written back several times and still no response. I did, however, notice today that the picture was taken off the website.

I need everyone to go to Maggie right now and contact her for all your flower needs! I don't want to over exaggerate so I'm going to take this slow. SHE IS THE BEST FLORIST IN THE UNIVERSE.
Maggie is hands down the most flexible, creative, and was the hardest working person from my wedding. She took my budget and stayed within it without blinking an eye. She flowered my whole wedding, she decorated my sweetheart table and the area framing my husband and I, and when I was coming in over-budget she lent me items to borrow and return instead of insisting I up my budget.
Her work is mind-blowing. Every guest at my wedding commented on the beauty of my centerpieces (hand made flower boxes with full, lush flowers, succulents, eucalyptus leaves, dusty miller, etc.). My bouquet was exquisite EX SQUIZ ETTE and my bridesmaids bouquets were awesome. I had pictures that I sent her and she made every vision I had come true on my wedding day. She sent me pictures beforehand, she corresponded with me and was so prompt in her answers to my questions.
I'm only 4 days post wedding but I seriously cannot stop thinking about the beauty and I really credit Maggie and her hard work for that because she just put everything over the edge. If I could give zero stars I would.
They were to issue a full refund as shown below with the copy of my email. we responded to them with the order id . They decided not to do that. they lie !! the flowers were not in the best shape either. Customer service is rude and they claim they do not have a manager. Guess the place runs itself. definitely use another shop ..not this one.

Zero stars!! First of all--No response on online chat. Then flowers did NOT arrive on time (paid extra to be there by 1) they arrived close to 4. Was not present for FUNERAL SERVICE, arrived AFTER. So so disappointing considering I called the day before and morning of to ensure on time arrival. Also when I called the first time, the girl hung up on me, so I had to call and wait another 30 minutes on hold for the next person only for her to tell me they're not sure what happened when I couldn't find the flowers AFTER delivery, they were dropped off in a weird spot, I had to haul this spread over which was really embarrassing. Keep in mind--I was at a funeral and this flower order was a horrible and memorable experience in the worst way. Super unprofessional. My fault for not reading reviews prior to ordering... unfortunate that I'm not the only one with this issue.

I ordered my Mother flowers for her birthday, and I received notification a day AFTER her birthday demanding I send $22 more, due to pricing. Needless to say, I was very upset that she didn't get the flowers I ordered for her. This company is completely unprofessional, and could really care less about what it is that they do. They claim they will refund me. That remains to be seen. Stay as Far Away you can!

This one star is not even an option. I am unable to post review unless a star is selected therefore blossom flowers, please know no stars are selected for you Mai yelp post the horrible review that reflects your establishment for failing to deliver flowers to a funeral service. 2 times!
Our order was placed at 12 o'clock noon California time. The order is for Ogden Utah which is one hour ahead. The deceased service was for 5:30 PM delivery only to be disappointed that their driver would not be able to deliver flowers to the funeral service.
We've been made a purchase for the delivery to be sent to the Familys home on 09-3 0-23 at 10:00 AM we paid for an expedited delivery so that they can give the flowers to their mother at the crematory... I received a phone call and email at 6:00 AM from Blossom flowers, requesting to do a different type of arrangement
( this is unheard of) we have a recording of the flowers will certainly be delivered on 09-20 9-23 at 10:00 AM only to be unsuccessful. I spoke to a representative at 11:30 that would be 1230 Utah time. Still the flowers were not delivered this entire weekend. The flowers were never delivered, I am calling Blossom flowers for a full refund. I have left several messages via email and on recorded lines. I was speaking to a representative regarding the refund and was disconnected from the line
Some flowers that were purchased from other individuals at this established may have been successful however consider, a funeral service with no flower delivery from a supporting family, leaving this family with nothing is disheartening for the second attempt to be waiting to bring flowers to their mother at the crematory being unsuccessful is unhuman!
Blossom flowers did not deliver after being paid in full, paying an expedited service. Additionally, asking for a tip for the driver. Very very disappointing. !

Ordered flowers for my bestie for her birthday. They arrived a day late. I called 4pm since tracking info showed ordered received but not even out for delivery. I was assured driver was right around the corner. I received and email confirming delivery, so I called the business, flowers we're not delivered. They did show up- a day late and choice of balloon selection disappointing. Obviously not reliable but I really don't like the deceit with being told they're around the corner and the false email of delivery confirmation.

This company was a nightmare to deal with!! I ordered flowers on a Tuesday, the recipient didn't receive them till Thursday night a neighbor next door signed for them. The person didn't get them till Sunday!! Half dead!!! I called the company and they would not help at all kept telling me they would call me back for days!! This was for a 90th birthday they ruined my surprise. The people working there were horrible I dealt with a guy named yelled and he was so rude never use them again!!

Absolutely the WORST. Do NOT use them. I ordered flowers to be delivered same day by 1pm, paying all the additional charges. They weren't even delivered the same day. The customer service/order status call center is awful. I was on hold for 30 minutes then got disconnected by the rep, only to have to wait on hold another 20 minutes to get no resolution. I will NEVER use them again. Please do yourself a favor and save the headache.

This place is absolutely horrible. They are not very customer friendly and their service really sucks. Their flowers were delivered really really late. They were in a box and just left the front door which is not what they advertise on their website so just beware of this company.

If I could give this place a zero, I would. My experience is the same as the other reviewers, except I was supposed to be a recipient. My sister from out of state ordered flowers for me as a surprise for my birthday. The flowers not only never arrived, but their customer service gave her complete runaround when she repeatedly tried to have them redelivered. After 3 days, all they offered was a $5 coupon and she finally gave up and told them to just cancel the order. Horrible service...how are they still in business??
