First time here...recommended by my daughter who comes here for pedicures.
Came in for a regular pedicure & full set gel nails.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Tracy M.Long Beach, CA94148Feb 20, 2024
My experience at this nail salon was very disappointing. I'm a repeat customer. I went in for a manicure and pedicure ($60), but was charged an extra $15 just to remove gel from my hand polish. My toes weren't gel. Normally I'm charged at other salons $10 to remove gel from hands AND toes. They charge $15 for each one.
Then, despite asking for matching polish on my toes and nails, she only put colored polish on my toes. My nails just got a top coat. But I still got charged the full price for color on both.
The language barrier made communication difficult, and when I tried to express my concerns, it seemed like she didn't understand. I ended up paying $75 and only got half of what I paid for. Despite tipping, I won't be returning to this salon.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Kt V.Philadelphia, PA051Apr 12, 2024
First time- beautiful inside and the girl was able to fix the ugly gel job that another location did! My nails look so beautiful now for my event!

Generally, I like this place. They are a tad bit pricey but they are very thorough with their COVID-19 protocols so I can understand why they feel their prices are justified. They have plexiglass dividers separating you from the nail technician and plastic walls on wheels that they use to separate customers sitting next to each other at the nail tables and the pedicure massage chairs. They seem to sanitize their utensils.
I've been here twice before and received a gel manicure and regular pedicure. They do a very nice job with the pedicure. They have the usual massage chairs, which are comfy and they also wash, moisturize, and exfoliate your feet. What's unique and a nice bonus is they use a deep moisturizing pack which I believe has essential oils. They attach it to your heel while they are painting your toe nails and remove once the nails are done so that the oils have time to penetrate and soak into your skin.
The gel manicures have been pretty good. They last me about two weeks. This time around, my technician was working really quickly and I used a lighter color which required a third coat. I feel the job was a bit rushed as there are some gaps on the sides of the polish.
I have also had eyebrow threading here and they do a great job.
Generally, they honor appointments and have you in and out very efficiently!Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Amanda S.New York, NY031Dec 28, 2022Updated review
Ugh unfortunately my last visit was not up to par. I just went yesterday and got a gel manicure. Already my left hand looks like this. Not sure if I'll be back again as this is extremely frustrating. I'm a working mom to two little kids and barely have time to myself. Finally find time to pamper myself and it's over in less than 24 hours

Just moved here from the city and the service I received here far exceeded any salon i've been to in the last 10 years. It's been over a week and my gel manicure shows no sign of chipping. Great selection of colors. Very clean. Friendly staff. Quick! (always a plus). 4 stars since it seems there's not much room for walk in availability (because they're so popular/busy!) - sometimes you just need to pop in for a quick manicure, but otherwise loved it and will be back!!

Bliss is a nail spa located on Central Ave in Hartsdale. They have both Essie and Opi nail polish. It is clean and well staffed. The regular spa pedicures start at 28 and go up to 70 with all the fancy add ons. Great nail salon.

Changes in staffing and increased price has reduced my review. Last the manicures were not as good and did not last.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. Clean organized and great service. I was able to make my appointment without any problem. Best of all my gel fill Manicure last three weeks. Their workstations are cleaned and organized. No one is talking loud over you. Best of all they are very mindful of Covid. Everyone is screened on the way in and workstations cleaned after every use. I feel so comfortable doing my nails here it is class act. I love it!

I came here for the first time for a pedicure after being unable to reach my toes door to a recent herniation in my back. I was a little nervous because of the nerve pain in my leg and foot. Chenga was so gentle and kind. I was very happy with how I was treated and how nice, clean, spacious and generally peaceful the spa was. I had lost interest in spas after the pandemic but this experience has renewed by interest and I look forward to coming again.

Quiet, pleasant, relaxing, clean.
Staff was not pushy at all.
The parking lot is small, so depending on what time you schedule your appointment, the parking in the lot, c/b problematic.
Went for a pedicure with a broken toe-woman was very gentle given the circumstances.
The only thing that I was a little disappointed with-not a whole lotta color selection for a regular pedicure.
However, I'd definitely recommend this establishment!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0
