Jason has repaired a few appliances in my home for the past few years. He has always been very professional and answered all my questions. I'm not much of a reviewer but I feel this company deserves credit not only for great service but also for being honest. On his last visit, I had him repair my dryer. He gave me a quote for the repairs and returned a few days later when he received the parts needed for the repair. After he finished, he let me know that he had found the parts at a cheaper price and charged me less. He could have simply charged me the price he had quoted a few days earlier, but instead he chose to reduce the price based on the cheaper parts. This is truly honorable and I respect him very much for doing that. I will most definitely keep using his services and will recommend his company to all my family and friends.

What I love about this business and Jason is his honesty. If he doesn't think something is worth repairing he will tell you that.

They were responsive and arrived at the time they told us (it was not an urgent issue). The tech was nice, informative, and quick. It's been about 2 months since we got our dishwasher fixed and it's still working like a dream!

I spoke with Jason at Best Appliance Repair. He informed me that LG had extended the warranty on most refrigerators due to a compressor issue and recommended that I call LG, since they will only pay for LG repair folks.

So, rather than come out and charge me a service call fee to tell me he couldn't fix my appliance, he gave me all the necessary information up front. I appreciate his integrity and plan to call him if/when I have an appliance failure in the future.

I am so pleased with them. Responded quickly, solved the problem, reasonable price, communication was excellent. They will be my go-to appliance repair business from now on.

So far, I can say that Best Appliance Repair is a company I will add to my technician list. I spoke with Jason, and although he doesn't service my area, I had an emergency and he was able to squeeze us in for this week and I'm so excited!

My LG fridge was not dispensing water at all well.
I called BAR and set up an appt. Jason arrived on time, called before he came, and worked on the fridge. He had to return a couple of times over the next several days to ensure the correct part was installed, and he also made sure all other components were working as designed. These types of appliance repairs can be squirrelly, but
Jason stayed focused on making sure the job was done correctly - and completely. Very satisfied with the experience.

Whirlpool dryer (15 years old) stopped producing heat. Jason arrived within the 2 hour time frame he had given and with possible parts in hand. He was masked as were we. He was professional, pleasant, and replaced the thermostat that was needed. The total time he was here was 20 minutes. He even gave me a couple of minutes to sweep out the dust underneath where the dryer was. We couldn't have asked for a better service call.
