Nice place to visit. We went during an event and had a good time. Wanted to try the restaurant

I tried to work with them to purchase a used motorcycle and had nothing but problems. I'm out of state and they sent me the paperwork to sign and that's where the problems started.

I received forms that were not completed and others with incorrect information about the motorcycle. They had the mileage wrong and engine size on some of the forms to include on the title paperwork. I was told that it would be alright and that they couldn't change that on the paperwork.

I spent an hour on hold to speak with the title clerk for the county and they told that it could. When I spoke with them about what I was told the sales manager was rude to me. They sent one of the forms again, the VIN verification form and the VIN for the motorcycle was not filled out. I spoke with them again and was told that the form was not really needed because it's only for out of state titled vehicles. I said that then I didn't have to sign it. I was told that I had two choices, either sign the form or the deal was done. I said ok then I guess the deal is done. The sales man hung up on me at that point.

This has been the worse experience that I've had in over 20 years of dealing with HD dealers. I was also there once and came outside to find that someone from the dealer had moved my motorcycle. They were getting in new bikes and he said that he needed the room. I asked him why they didn't page me instead of moving the bike without permission. The guy just blew me off. I should have taken this as a sign to go somewhere else for my purchase but I gave them another chance which turned into two chances. This is actually a short explanation of what happened...lol

I had to give them one star in order to post the review plus I still have all the paperwork that proves what I'm saying is true.

Berts may not be the least expensive but they do expert work and all the staff is very friendly and helpful. I'm always greeted when I enter. All the products sold are first rate. If there's a problem with any purchase, they take care of it with a smile. I enjoy shopping there

The parts people are awesome. The sales staff on the other hand is awful. BUYERS BEWARE they are selling CALIFORNIA bikes to unknowingly people. We bought a 2023 Road Glide Limited took it in to see why it was so sluggish turns out it was a CALIFORNIA bike ( meaning) you can't do anything to it . No turn , or anything. This was a brand new bike . All the sales guys turns out knew it was , and this isn't the 1st time they have done this . BEWARE of the lies this dealership is doing . If I could give a negative feed back I would .

Your waitresses and staff are rude.
I have noticed that quite a few times and they are so condescending, effing unbelievable. My brothers and sisters have noticed it too. Hummm ??

I was in absolute awe of BBWHD! Taking a trip and my sportster stops working mid ride. Got to HD the next morning and they took great care of me and had me back on the road with no issues! Even took the time to fabricate a new piece so I could keep my custom air filter. The staff was amazing! Big shout out to Meg and Leather for the help and entertainment!! This is the best HD we've been to! We will definitely be back!!

My wife and spent almost 70k buying two 2022 Street Glide Specials. The lack of professionalism exhibited wasn't even good enough to be classified as pathetic. From the salesman, to the management, to the beyond pathetic tech which I practically had to beg to set my gps and other things on my bike - the entire experience which should have been a positive, and fun filled one was over shadowed by the less than adequate behavior and show of salesmanship of the staff there.

By the end of the deal - we didn't even get a thank you from anyone - did I mention we just spent almost 70 thousand fucken dollars???!!!

Not a follow,up e mail, not a call, not a text - fucken nothing!!!

I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND BUYING A MOTORCYCLE OR ANYTHING ELSE THERE. ON THE OTHER HAND - I WOULD ALSO NOT RECOMMEND ROCK STAR HARLEY EITHER - THEY JUST WANT TO BULLSHIT YOU AND RIP YOU OFF.

SORRY - JUST TELLING IT LIKE IT IS!!!

We were driving from the Florida Keys to New Jersey. We stopped for gas in Venice and the bike wouldn't start. It would just click, click, click. We called Bert's Black Widow Harley and they took exceptionally good care of us from the second they answered the phone until they got us back on the road a few hours later! Fortunately it was just a bad battery. Rich, the salesman went above and beyond trying to find us a replacement bike in case our bikes problem was more serious! We were very happy it was just the battery. All the employees were extremely friendly and helpful! We highly recommend this company!

Berts black widow is an awesome Harley Davidson location. They have a wonderful and helpful staff and their dealership is one of a kind. If you're in the area or passing through you should certainly stop through. Within the same lot there is the Orange County Choppers restaurant and museum. If you stop you definitely need to do both. With I was at the HD, a customer also had a replica A Team van! That was an added bonus to see!

Whole team is truly exceptional and thy have a dyno here!

Highly recommend the parts and service departments. They helped me out tremendously rebuilding and modernizing my grandpa's bike to make it my own

Harley culture is sweet. They have beer on tap, just ask. And you bet they're pet friendly, just keep them on a leash! (Put a leash on your wild child too, doesn't matter to me)

They support law enforcement and our vets so it's a welcoming place for all

Twisted Fork is basically attached and there's a huge pavilion with a main stage. Their food is outstanding and they have some good beers on tap, recommend you wonder over there too

I'm leaving one star because you can't leave 0. I sold them a motorcycle and said I can pick up or have check mailed to me. They knew I had just paid off bike and didn't have title. Just like when you trade a bike that's not paid off you don't have title. Well they did a title search and saw that I paid the bike off. They never mailed the check. I called a week later after they took the bike and I turned in my plate. Never sent a check and now I couldn't pick up a check. They apologized for the miscommunication. I will never ever go into this dealership again. Terrible service. They lost a customer. Out of all the dealerships I've been too the sales and buying department are horrible. I would go elsewhere. See for yourself. Bet definitely beware. Compare their prices. Good luck to anyone doing business with them.
