Bento Asian Kitchen + Sushi

Got this via delivery. I ordered the Mex Roll and and Spicy Tuna as well as Chicken Katsu and a Mongolian Chicken bowl.

Everything was pretty good and tasty, definitely seemed more like a chain restaurant, but pretty good. Portions were decent. For quick sushi/Asian it's not bad at all! My wife really enjoyed her Mongolian bowl.

Got my food to go. Get home and no chopsticks. Grrr!
Was skeptical if the food would be good. It was ok. Not the best sushi I've had, by far. It's sort of fast food Asian. Miso soup was nice though.
Still don't like the tipping option when they don't do sit down table service. But I handed the girl $2 because she was going to box up my $25 order.
Not even an audible "Thank you".
So-- let's work on our friendly personalities shall we?
Tiny tiny piece of wasabi for two sushi rolls.

Few years since they've opened, and prices have gone way way up, yet portions and quality have gone in the opposite direction. I still visit because there are not many places around here to get poke bowls. However, I don't think I'll order to go anymore because today they sent me home with a $13 bowl just over half way filled.
Please check your orders before you leave the building.

The food was delicious. The service was great as well. It's a fast food type of Asian/sushi restaurant.

The service is very slow. The staff does a poor job keeping customers updated, and does not explain the menu well.
The food is good.

I like visiting bento for lunch since it's close to my office. They usually get the food out pretty fast, but every once in a while they take very long (up to 25 minutes). They also forget the drinks pretty often, but they're always polite when you give them a gentle reminder. I usually get a bento box or a rice bowl and they're both very good. Their boba tea is pretty good too!

I'm gonna be very honest in my review.

Came here on a whim. Was a little skeptical because the menu is very mixed-stir fry, sushi, and etc. The family and I happen to be vacationing nearby and were visiting Game Time across the street. Being Asian American myself I wasn't expecting anything special about this place. Some of the reviews on here are pretty accurate-its like a Panda Express but fresher and better IMO.

We ordered a variety of food-noodles, rice, rolls, and milk teas. We happen to come on a Tuesday, which happen to be BOGO drinks. I ordered one milk tea drink, the cashier informed me it was BOGO Tuesday. I appreciate that she told me this. A lot of times staff could care less or uninformed that there's a deal. The cashier was really helped and answered all my questions regarding the menu items. Her helpfulness is a 5-star rating to me. There was one point where the next group of customers were hovering right next to me (maybe to look at the menu), and the cashier kindly told them to step to the side as to give space. I appreciate that because they were very close, like uncomfortably close (no personal space).

However, the food takes forever to be made. Which leads me to believe it's made extra fresh. I like that but it was way longer than expected. Also the person that delivered my drinks and food (total of two visits to drop off drinks & food) was attitude. Her face seemed like she annoyed having to deliver food, not friendly at all. Maybe it was an 'off' day for her, but it was not a friendly greeting at all. For these two reasons I minus a star.

Otherwise, it was a good experience. The drinks were refreshing and tasty, the food was good (think American Asian food, not true Asian food). The ambience is nice as well.

Extremely overpriced for the quality of food. Team members don't smile at all and the kitchen is more concerned with joking around with each other than they are with making food. Will not return.

I made two separate orders from here on back to back days while visiting. On both occasions the same result: teriyaki chicken and rice is really good. Everything else was either, terrible, undercooked, or prepared incorrectly. So, order teriyaki chicken or find a new place to get food. Oh, and btw they won't send you utensils.

My daughter introduced me to Bento's. One night I felt for some sushi and we ordered a bunch to test them out and ever since I've been hooked. They are a little on the pricey side but it's worth it.
Yesterday, my husband and I dined in and our experience was great. Great service and great food.
