BEST SHOP IN THE AREA!!!!! I have been going to BLM for years. They treat me like my dirt bike riding buddies. They will give you a honest recommendation. Not just what's going to make them a couple extra bucks. I made the mistake of going to Pro Caliber(should be Low Caliber) and got screwed. But BLM saved the day. They even stayed open later just to get me taken care of and that is rare. As long as I live in Vancouver I will always go to them. Keep up the great work!!!

Got a little turned around looking for another business. Stopped and the young guy working got me sorted out and headed the right way. Super nice place. If they're that helpful if you're looking for instructions imagine how good the service will be if you're actually shopping.

Brought in my rim for a tire change. I'd purchased a tire over a year ago and needed it simply mounted. I was quoted 45$. Turns out I needed a new tube. In all, my 45$ quote ended up costing 71$. A little ridiculous in my opinion. It's a shame though. They were very polite, however their prices will impede my doing business with them again in the future.

I should have done the oil change myself since they can't put screws in correctly. Thanks to whoever changed my oil & cross threaded the screws so when the oil was changed after one ride, the screws were stripped & now my bike is garbage.

I had been looking around for a battery for my motorcycle, and this place gets high marks. I was specifically looking for a Yuasa YB10L-B2, and they informed me on the same call that they did not have the exact model I asked for, but gave me the option for a similar model, the CB10L-A2. They are completely identical, except the outgassing hose is on the left side of the battery instead of the right. The call was fast and easy, I was talking to a person straight from the get-go; and pricing was excellent: I only paid ~$50 for my battery, with no core charge! They even showed me how to fill the acid for the battery into each cell, and gave me charging instructions to prolong the life of the battery.

I brought my bike in for a new chain, sprockets, and wheel bearings. I called in advance for a quote. Spoke with Jason, who was very friendly and helpful. Took a couple of days to order the parts they needed. Once they had the parts, the work was done very quickly. The prices were reasonable, and everyone I spoke with was friendly and helpful. It was a huge improvement over the other nearby service department that I had been dealing with for the past five years. I highly recommend this shop!

Bought and had a tire installed on a mini since they are a pain to do on the bench. They were leading the pack on pricing and top notch service. Tire mounted and ready when they told me to come back to pick it up. I will be back...
