Benoits Towing & Recovery

My son went off the road, called AAA and they sent this company. The guy seemed nice on the phone, when he got there, he smelled like a brewery and he wanted to make some money off of us and told us he had to pull the truck out differently than we thought and it would cost more than what AAA would pay. When questioned by the sheriffs that were on scene, the tow driver told them that "they are just cops and let him do his job" then when questioned by them about how much he was wanting to charge me, he said to the sheriffs "call someone else, you guys are f****** A**h****". My Fiancé went home and got his pick up truck and pulled it out in 5 minutes, and the way we suggested from the beginning , that the tow driver said wouldn't work.

Made me wait nearly two hours with my family roadside only a few miles away from their garage for a simple jump start. When he finally arrived, driver had no apology and basically treated us like we were not there. Not acceptable business in this part of the state.

Driver was fast arriving to my car and pulled it out of the ditch safely and quickly. Also recommended a great tire service instead of the usual upsell which is great. Would absolutely recommend Benoit's if you're stuck.
