I hadn't been to a dentist in a while, so there were a couple bigger procedures I needed done. An old filling had come out, and I needed to get my wisdom teeth out.

Dr. Rosales handled both very skillfully. The filling is on the outer face of my tooth, and it was immediately unrecognizable from the surrounding surface. Not to mention that he always calls to check on me and see how I've been recovering after the procedures.

I'm still recovering from getting my wisdom teeth out last week, but I'm glad I came to him for it!

First off, Dr.Rosales is amazing and he has great bedside manner and was very thorough. The office is clean and everything was done efficiently.

The reason why I am leaving a 3 star review is because I feel like I was misled to believe that the insurance would cover preventative cleanings and exams for a 12 month period. So I went in on 4/19 for a problem focused visit because I thought I had a cavity, turns out it was a piece of pepper *lol.* it was there for awhile and I couldn't get it out, but apparently, it's because the grooves of my teeth are deep. Anyways, I decided to buy the savings plan for $375 because I thought I could then schedule a cleaning. By the end of the visit, when I asked to schedule a cleaning appointment they are apparently booked out for the entire year on Tuesdays... mind you I went in 4/19/2022. Fine, you're busy, that's fine. Please put me on the waitlist so if/when someone cancels or reschedules I can be called. I tried to call a couple weeks later to follow-up, but they said that there were still no slots and someone would call me back. Fast forward 4 months later, still no call and I get an email saying that I should call in to make an appointment because spots are filling up fast and my insurance runs out in December. Now I'm upset and thinking that I paid $375 to remove pepper from my tooth groove...

Lesson learned prior to buying the savings plan, ask when the next available appointment is because if they say next year perhaps it's not a good idea to buy the insurance... my bad, I should have asked.

I've had a hard time finding a good dentist and staff that I liked and trusted, until now. I stopped trying for a few years until circumstances necessitated finding a new dentist. Dr. Benjamin is great and so are the staff. If you live in the Pinole/Hercules area, look no further.

First time at this dental office, was a busy day for them but they looked relax. From the front desk, to the lady who took my X-rays and cleaned my teeth very professional, friendly & polite. Staff assured me too they won't charge me if my X-rays are not covered by my insurance this year anymore. Yes I'll recommend this practice.

Options so you have all the information to make informed decisions. Dental hygienist Debbie was wonderful, caring and gentle making sure to tell you what she is doing every step of the way.

Fast may be an unexpected compliment for a dentist, but I think it's a god send. The dentists here are friendly, professional, and experienced. My dental work was done gently and proficiently, but also with alacrity. My teeth feel great and I never felt a discomfort during cleanings. I could not recommend enough.

I'm not a big fan of dentists but Dr. Rosales has changed that for me. He has done a great job with my teeth. Would definitely recommend.

Dr. Rosales and his staff and truly amazing! They are kind, professional, caring and thorough. From the moment we walked in the office we knew we were in THE BEST DENTIST OFFICE around! They listen, are attentive to all aspects of the profession, have the best equipment and knowledge. Would give them ten stars if possible!

The staff here are so amazing. So nice. So kind. So sweet. Dr Benjamin Rosales is super cool and knows what he's doing. Had to get two teeth removed, and during the process I did not feel a thing!!!!! No pain no swollen cheeks the day after and throughout the week. Amazing job !!!!!!
