MOLD BEWARE
The food at Beef Shack is typically pretty good. This time around I ordered the chicken sandwich. Halfway through my meal I notice mold on the bun. That being said I'm never returning to this particular Beef Shack. Just praying I don't get sick.

The food is always good. Tuesdays are $1.00 hot dog days. Fries are amazing but know it's a huge bag of fries so if you order a regular it'll still more than expected. Only drawback is price of other items can be higher than a locally owned hot dog restaurant.

Went to Beef Shack for the first time today and everything was delicious! The cheesy beef on garlic bread was done just right. The beef was tender and juicy. The fries were great! Be sure to get the shack sauce to dip them in.

Last week I walked in at 11:01am stood their for literally 10 minutes before anyone took my order (people were eating inside and drive thru was moving) anyway the guy there gave me a $3 off next $15 order and apologized cool, yesterday I go in with a coworker 11:01am order was in 11:04am I get my drink wash my hands and proceed to wait 20 minutes I seen multiple people order and leave with their food I walked up to see what the hell was happening, the whole time it's just sitting there jerks I'm at lunch on work in a gps company vehicle I didn't get to eat my $15.07 burger (over priced) after yesterday experience I'm at the point of just bring a lunch to work, not just beef shack but in general foods so expensive and the service is getting worse.

Naotomo Y.Chicago, IL722040May 29, 2023We ordered from drive thru, the cheesey beef on garlic bread and bacon cheese burger, both are very good, not too salty and not too greasy. They are very generous on the roast beef. Prices are reasonable. A nice fast food at the neighborhood.

Kl A.Chicago, IL1764934Oct 31, 2022Went in this place they act like they ain't never seen black peoples before ..went to use the rest room when I came out my food was on the table where I was sitting paid $32 bucks for this Italian beef that suppose to have extra meat on it ... but don't have to worry about me no more ..but that's what I get because I always go to big Sammie's they..give you what you pay for ....and treat you rite ..I see why this place have 3 stars and to be honest that's to much please got to big Sammie's better food better people & better service!!

Order thru DoorDash. Order was missing item. Beef shack would not replace item. Told me to get refunded thru DoorDash. Absolutely the worse customer service from Beef shack
