This store is a hoot! Come here, try on some shoes, walk around, and walk out with your new purchase!

The person working here was sooo nice and friendly, even when we came in 15 minutes before closing on a weekday and couldn't seem to make up our mind and kept making her run back for different sizes. I wanted her to know that I felt bad, I really did. But I am so grateful for her patience and helpfulness. I'll be back very soon for more shoes (earlier this time)!

Best customer service! Came in to check out the latest insoles on the market (yeah, I said that and I not embarrassed) because they are a game changer. Beck's has super feet which is our family's brand of choice but they recently discontinued the favorite. The woman who helped us was super knowledgeable and showed us the comp product in all the available brands. They have a great selection of shoes as well (not so many safety shoes for women but they are working on that).

This is a great store to get your insoles, work shoes, running shoes and fun socks. You can try on the insoles which is a plus and they have plenty of sizes.

* 2 hours later and Mom was happy with her work shoes. And additional purchase of a Hoka pair for personal wear and a New Balance pair for me. Win-Win for everyone.

***Mom went to Beck's Milpitas and was told they cannot substitute the shoes that are on the original purchase order vs what her supervisor wrote saying she got the OK for the substitution and even wrote his cell phone # on the paperwork along with the note. The two Beck's Milpitas Sales Associates did not even try, at all. They flat out told my mom it is what it is and what is on the paperwork. Beck's San Lorenzo, Brandon with the help of Jennifer, gave us the good news that yes, substitution pairs were approved. THANK YOU, BECK'S -SAN LORENZO. THANK YOU, BRANDON AND JENNIFER.

* Thank you to Sales Associate Brandon for taking care of my mom's work shoes order and putting up with her indecisiveness. " I don't like this color", " I don't like this style", "It's too tight", "It looks chunky", "Are you sure it's the same size, my left foot shoe is tight, my right shoe feels just right..." *Jennifer made sure a customer she was assisting was comfortable with her newly recommended work shoes. Let's face it, those who are new to HOKA shoes, it's another level of the shoe game. But Jennifer made sure the customer was comfortable, and I heard her give advice and pointers to the customer. She walked out feeling happy with her new work Hoka shoes.

I was in search of something very specific. I was told by the podiatrist that I need to wear a boot on my right foot for a month. Possible stress fracture due to my bunion.

I was looking online for a couple of days and was defeated. I needed a slide shoe to wear at home. It had to have some height to it to match the height of the boot on the right foot and arch support.

When I entered Beck's in San Lorenzo there was a wide selection of all types of arch support shoes for women. Not only that I was also greeted by Brandon an exemplary sales associate. He offered the kids mint candies while waiting. He had a friendly, upbeat, positive personality which was something I needed after having to struggle with my foot problem and search for the perfect shoe.

I handed Brandon examples of what I was looking for and narrowed it down to the Dansko Kandi Adjustable Slide Sandal. He measured my feet and discussed my options in sizing based on my wide width and arch support. He came out with all the color options he had in that specific style and even encouraged me to step outside my comfort box and to try on bright colored shoes.

He reminded me it was my lucky day to have all the colors available to try in the Dansko slide I had picked. After discussing with my husband and two kids I left the store with 2 pairs of the same shoe in different colors.

Excellent customer service. Jennifer Lopez took great care of my mom and took her time to provide knowledge of product and great attitude to the store. If anyone goes to this place just ask for her and she will take care of you and make you feel like fam! Thanks again for all your help Jennifer!

This is the second time I've come here. I've first came here because I am a figure skater and needed some inserts for my Figure skates. I was having a lot of pain to the point where I had custom skates made. They were better but still hurt so I decided to get some inserts, the first time I came from my first pair of skates. The inserts were nice and cushy. They definitely made my feet feel better. But about a year later I found out my skates were too big, so I needed new skates and new inserts for a different shape and different problems, so I came today and I found out that I have high arches. I went to a podiatrist who told me I had flat feet. But I did the little pressure test where I stand on that device and it shows where you have the most pressure and the guy helping me told me I didn't have flat feet that I actually had high arches And recommended me a few different inserts for my shoes and oh my God what a difference. All the problems that I've had with all my other shoes and skates. I always had this gap that bothered me but didn't really know how to explain it. And this filled in that gap. The whole time I was getting inserts for flat feet because that's what I was told by the doctor. But everything made complete sense once we did the test and he actually got down and showed me that he can fit his finger under my feet. Even though they look flat from top view. I will be recommending this place to all my Skater friends. Both workers were amazing and very helpful.

I came into Beck's needing help and the young ladies there went above and beyond to assist in my crisis. Just when it seemed like there was a shortage of Loving kindness they prove me wrong. Thank u guys so much. God bless America.

Greeted when I walked in. I greeted them back and then they proceeded to help the next two customers that came in after me and skipped helping me. I waited around for 10 minutes and then left. Bad customer service with high prices. Bummed but I guess I will shop online.

Jason was a pro. I have double wide feet. They carried my size in a quality shoe. SAS brand is sold here. Saved me a trip to Colma, the nearest store. Tried on different styles and found a perfect fit. Definitely recommended. Will return for more as needed.

My mother recently visited Beck's and had a great experience. She works all day on her feet, and needed the proper shoes for a daily basis.
