If you have a funeral to attend to here be warned; the parking is very minimal. Your best bet to find a spot is on the back streets so you dont have to pay for meter parking. Although the home itself is lovely, I am giving such a low review mainly for how snippy the undertaker is. If im in mourning over the loss of someone, the last thing I want is someone catching an attitude with me just because I walked into the wrong service.

Nothing can prepare you for the loss of a loved one. Knowing that the staff at Becker had handled my other family members, it was a nice feeling to reach that same familiar and caring staff. Organizing all the details during a difficult time can be daunting for a family. Tom Polito was compassionate and relieved us of this tremendous burden during this difficult time. I would certainly recommend this location and staff to any family in need. A beautiful send off.

This by far is the most sales oriented funeral parlor one could imagine. The funeral Director AKA Sales reps were appalling Our Brother was handling in Rage the death of our mother . My parents were married 64 yrs. and their POA son decided to LIE to his father " cremated HER DEAD" and i was not informed. The TOM funeral director was to hold my mothers remains until my 94 year old father could say good bye to his wife. THE son Jack Sheehy raged and changed his mind " NO i will not allow dad to see her Becker cremate her now " my father was paying for this , Tom et al Becker Said WE ONLY do what the POA says But my father is NOT incapacitated and his money is paying The funeral director raging state "lady i am not responsible for your dysfunctional family " Neither am i one man my dad wanted to say good bye to his wife and YOU denied him that The Becker Funeral parlor was abusive rude hostile and recorded . IT is months since my mothers untimely death at sunrise of OLD TAPPAN under Colleen Varnum who denied medical care for my mother repeatedly That she died alone no funeral We are Irish Catholic Parlors were invented by the IRISH wake and becker TOM et al did nothing for my parents Even TOM stated " hurry UP get here your mother is wilting ' i called the crematory " please do not cremate her MY dad needs to say good bye " sorry lady Becker sent her she is in the oven now / that is becker funeral parlor

My family and I just used Becker to handle my Mother's final arrangements. My Mother used to help families plan funeral services at her church of 47 years and told us she wanted us to use Becker for her arrangements. She knew from experience that these folks are the best in absolute terms and in the area. Our manager was Tom Polito and he did a great job during what was the most difficult thing our very close knit family has ever had to do.
